I have been praying a very long time for God to bring me back to him. I knew I was mostly going thru the motions and had lost much of my fervor. While I was praying this novena for my daughter and her husband to return to the church, my best friend called and asked if I would like to make Cursillo. I already had other plans but I could see how important it was to her. In less than a week all preparations were made and I went. While I was praying for my daughter God answered my dearest prayer and brought me heart and soul back into the fold. I have been talking with my daughter and continue to pray for her. God bless!!
At the beginning of this novena to this most powerful saint, I shared with everyone that St. Augustine is my son’s patron saint, and I have been praying to St. Monica and St. Augustine for theirintercession for my son for years. This novena was very special to me because my son was laid off from his job of ten years about 2 months ago. Well, he found out yesterday that he was hired for a position at a major oilfield company with great benefits, and will probably receive a promotion quickly due to his experience in his field of work! God has been so good -we just have to remain faithful! Thanks to you for all of your prayers!
Pray for my son that he will find a good job as a Merchant Marine now that he has graduated.

Praise God! We have been persistent in praying for employment for 15 months. On day 9 of the Saint Monica novena, our prayer was answered! Grandma made a miraculous turn around. She was at death’s door Sunday and now is up-able to sit in her wheelchair again and eating again. Thank you St. Monica for your prayers.

I have been praying for months for the sale of my home . On the eighth day of the novena I received an offer for my house . Thank you Saint Monica for hearing my prayer and interceding to Our Lord on my behalf. I am continuing to pray for the successful closing of my house so my family and I can move on. Feeling Blessed.

On this 9th day of the Novena, I called my attorney that had misrepresented me and asked her for a refund so I could retain another attorney that would better represent me. What are the chances??? She asked how much I wanted back, I requested $700, she said I was thinking more like $1000.
She acknowledges that I was misrepresented and wants to do the right thing. Since I am a single mom, on a budget, this money with help me retain a good attorney.
My ex-husband also text me after learning that I was in the process of getting new representation asking if we could work things out with out the court getting involved. I’m still not sure I can trust him, but I think things are definitely looking up.
We were scheduled for court tomorrow.w morning at 9:00 am.

St. Monica, Please pray with us that I may get full custody of our children. An injustice occurred last time we went to court. The attorney that was paid to represent our kids, ended up representing my ex-husband. Despite the allegations from CPS that are children were being mentally abused by their dad, despite the fact that in a rage my ex-husband tore open the shower curtain as our preteen daughter showered, despite the fact that my ex-husband gave our ten year old son pornographic pictures of himself and another woman he was given more time with our kids. Our kids are not comfortable being with their dad and vomit and complain of stomach aches prior to their visits.
St. Monica, please also pray with me that this tumor that I have in my brain vanishes. I am a single mother and want to be around for a long, long, long time to care for our kids.

I read a parable recently; briefly, a group of several hundred people gathered in prayer to end the drought. Only two brought umbrellas.

Thank you St. Monica for your intercession. My appt with my dentist for a tooth extraction that was killing me left me without any pain. In fact, the injections, the extraction and recovery were miraculously pain-free! praised be Jesus. My knees were literally shaking when I was being preped for the procedure. I didn’t look at the gum until two days later, fearing there would be a crater the size of my garage. Low and behold! The gums had closed as if there had never been a tooth or an extraction! My healing was truly the work of St. Monica! My dentist told me there was hardly any bleeding. An ex-student, who was the dental asst, held my hand for the 3 min it took to do the work. I was out in 30 min! Is this a miracle or what! Thank you St. Monica for being with me! I am scheduled for more dental work, but I’m not worried or scared. I’m secure in God’s hands and St. Monica’s intercession. Amen!
For myself, my wife our children ND their spousesite and my grandchildren. .may we open our hearts to the Lord.
My granddaughter received very good news, her foot is going to be OK, all she needs is therapy and should be able to return to dancing in a few weeks. Thank you St Monica and Mother. JMJ

The Lord allowed us to meet new friends in this new country who came to help us in our time of need….My son just got accepted for a new job! Thank you for these blessings through the powerful intercession of St. Monica and to everyone praying for us. We praise God for His faithfulness. And we continue to pray and hope in Him that He will take care and provide for us, and answer all our prayers. We cling to His mercy and compassion and put our complete trust in Him.
Praise the Lord! A dear friend of mine was in ICU with a vent for the past 10 days. I’ve been offering this Novena for her recovery! She got off the respirator today and began step down to get out of ICU!! Thank you Jesus and all of you for your support! Prayer is so Powerful! God IS Good!!
St Monica has shown her intercession in answering two of my intentions : I got a new job that is better for my family, and I received an update in my annulment, that it has moved onto the next step in the process! God is good, praying hard for a miracle for my third intention :)

Dear St Monica, I am definitely the mournful mother of a son who needs so very much help in almost every way. I pray fervently for him daily but I ask for your mercy to pray for my son the way you did for yours and all the other children that everyone else saying this novena needs help with. Please please intercede to our Lord, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit for us. We praise God and thank Him for all He has done which is huge and we probably don’t deserve more but as a parent we would probably give our lives to save our children but in most cases in doesn’t work that way and it causes parents great suffering when their children are addicts, turn away from their faith or are afflicted with any kind of illness. Please intercede and help us in our desperate needs. Please help my family, friends, enemies, and anyone in need. Please help those souls in purgatory get to heaven. Please convert the non-believers. Please help Chelsea, Rich and his family to believe and follow God’s ways. Please help my son return to his faith, find good friends, be strong against all addictions, return to school, have a merciful judge, keep him safe from the devil, Satan and temptation. Lift him from depression and help him gain confidence. Heal his ailments and help him to help others and find his way. He is so lost. I thank you again for helping all of us who are despairate and have no one to help. Please keep John Paul and Annie safe so they can continue their mission in helping others. Amen.

I have prayed for consolation to relieve the extreme remorse and regret I’ve been feeling about the consequences I see in my life as a result of bad choices I made in the past. I always knew God forgives me, I still had deep regret. But since I’ve been praying about it through this novena, God has spoken to me and made me aware that I need to practice gratitude and acceptance, and I’m now seeing that what I perceived as consequences are instead opportunities to spread more love in my life. My son has been going back to church and has just received a new job! I’m sincerely grateful to God and the power of prayer!
I’ve been praying for my daughter and son-in-law’s marriage and him to receive the Holy Spirit. They separated for a weekend and he did a lot of deep soul searching and maybe had his own “come to Jesus”. He admitted to alcoholism and other issues which he was going to get help. Dennis joined an outpatient rehab program week ago, Monday. I feel it was due to the St. Monica novena that gave them this help. Now prayers for continue treatment.
I prayed to St Monica for help for my son Thomas, for his continued healing of the mental affliction. He is going to receive the help he needs.
The obstacles to receiving what is coming to me are going away, 1 by 1.
Dear St. Monica as this novena comes to an end I pray with strong faith and trust that with my God, the anchor of my soul my petition to you will be answered. This post is in thanksgiving for prayers answered trough the intercession of St. Monica. Last week I was posting my request that my daughter find a job in which she could use her God given gifts & talents in the best way possible. I no sooner hit the send button when my daughter announced she had just gotten a call for an interview at the job of her choice. She interviewed on Fri., got hired on Mon., & started on Tues. Today, my other daughter was given a favorable result regarding a medical issue. Thank you St. Monica for your intercession & to God for answered prayer! Jesus I Trust in you!

My boyfriend has been involved with music ministry and being in the choir for almost his entire life. Recently, for various reasons, he was not able to participate in the choir. This left him downhearted and frustrated with the church. Worried that he was at risk for losing faith, I prayed the St. Monica novena with this in mind. This past Sunday, after starting the novena, circumstances have once again changed an he is participating in the choir!
I’ve been praying these novenas mostly for my husband to return to the Church. Well last month I put my back out and have been going back and forth between the chiropractor and over the counter pain meds. So about the 7th day of this novena it occurred to me to pray for myself and for the Lord to heal my back and thank goodness, after praying the novena this morning my back felt so good I was able to even go running for 4 miles! Thank you God and St. Monica!

By the 7th day of the Novena he got his letter of admission after a tedious n miraculously successful interview and today, 9th day, he got interviewed and accepted as a Graduate Assistant, tuition all fully paid for by the School and he will be paid for working. My renters decided not to pay rent for no reason other than because they didn’t want to. I had to go threw the proses of removing them from my home. I prayed that they would not destroy my home. I was very worried they would because they let us know they would not give up the house after 5 months of moving in and only paying 2 months rent. We tried reasoning with them but they were not nice about it. Long story short. They left the house a mess full of garbage and it smell so bad! They even left behind a starving kitty. (found the little guy a home and is doing great) but they did not brake a single thing in the house. Thank you so much everyone for praying for me.

My prayers were answered in more ways than one;
1. I felt the presence of our blessed Virgin today. Thus, I was indescribably consoled and my inner woman was uplifted by our sweetest Virgin Mary;
2. My prayer life was strengthened. Therefore, I shall never again doubt the presence of God in my life and his everlasting faithfulness in granting me all my heart desires in accordance with His will;
3. My ministry, marriage, husband and children have been tremendously blessed.
4. All my intentions for St. Monica’s novena were granted me. Most especially, my pressing need(s).

My son who is 19 had been struggling to find a job…he had a prospect but I told him out was to far to drive and would worry me him spending so much time on the road plus late nights low pay etc. When the novena to St. Monica was offered I didn’t hesitate knowing how she prayed for her son..with a saintly outcome. My son just needed a job…well..only 4 days into novena he applied and got a job 5min.from our house , full time, and above minimum wage!!! Thank you St. Monica for knowing my heart and hearing my plea and interceding!
God has blessed me with winning the recruitment tender that I, together with you my fellow beloved Christians, have been praying for.
I am still praying for my partner who is sick. I pray to God that he gets well and realise that I love him. I pray for faithfulness, trust, love and transparency in our relationship.

Through St. Monica and St. Therese (got a rose!) we had some good news about a friend’s husband and his cancer treatment. He will undergo chemotherapy, but the doctor is confident that the treatments will be effective.

Thanks to all for your prayers. Future daughter inlaw got a call and was excepted into nursing school. My daughter passed her biggest exam to be able to continue her last semester of nursing school. My oldest grandchild got a job. My oldest granddaughter got out of a bad relationship and my son with a bad illness isn’t cured but is feeling better. God is good. Thank you Saint Monica for listening and thank you everyone for your prayers. I will continue to keep you in my prayers.
The couple we were praying for that 13 children and 19 grandchildren are going to a week end retreat for marriage in deep trouble. He has been looking for over a year, and today on the ninth day of your novena he called to tell me he was offered a permanent job in a school district as a six hour per day custodian. I have been praying the last few novenas for my son to obtain a school transfer. It really felt as though this was not God’s plan for him. Last week Thursday after saying my novena I took a leap of faith and went to the education ministry to get someone to hear my plea, that day I spoke to someone who promised to help. Today as I was saying my prayer, the phone rang, and it was the news I was praying for, the transfer had been approved…Thank you for this novena.
