I ask for prayers for my family to have a safe trip to NY, and that our state will be removed from the list which would require quarantine. I pray for an end to covid19 and all the difficulties it has caused. I pray for those who are ill or died.
My husband asked me for a divorce after 28 years. One day I received a phone call from a woman telling me that my husband has been seen around town with another woman. When I called my husband about it, who was supposed to be on his way home from work out of town, but later found out that he was with her that weekend. On the phone I confronted him about it and he said he wanted a divorce. My heart broke into a million pieces. He had been seeing this woman, Emmy Tellez, for several months. Needless to say, we are now in the process of a divorce. I’m scorned, humiliated, hurt, angry, extremely sad… Please pray for me that I will get over this hurt. I can’t sleep, I lost so much weight, I cry on a daily basis. I’m not enjoying anything about my life right now. Not only did he leave me for this woman but he told her so many lies about me. This woman seeked me out and messaged many so many hurtful and untruthful things about me.

I pray this novena specifically for our pumpkin, Anya-Marie Joseph. This extremely challenging period came at a crucial time in her education journey. Lord, I ask that you remove anxiety and doubt from her mind. Bless her with the gifts of discernment, knowledge, absorption, faith and guide her on this journey that she will conquer in your name and overcome these trials and not just obtain her choice of school but also score a high rating throughout and reap the benefits of strong faith. Isolation very difficult. Fearful of contracting virus because of poor health. Not able to be in church and receive Sacraments is the worst thing possible. Praying for all alone and feeling similar distress.
