Eleven years ago, I asked John-Paul to pray the Immaculate Conception Novena with me.
He actually turned me down, because he always had trouble finishing a novena — he would always forget.
After he thought a little bit more about it, he said he knew that wasn’t a good enough reason not to join me in prayer.

Please pray for my sons fiancé that she will get healthy from the side effects of covid. I pray that they have a healthy and happy life together.
In the coming month we will be transitioning my husband’s parents into an Assisted Living facility. They are struggling with this as, of course, as they don’t want to move out of their home. But their care is more than we can continue to handle. Prayers for their peace of mind and that their transition goes as smoothly as possible would be greatly appreciated. A very tough time for all of us.
