I thank God for what He has done in my life, the blessed Mary for her unending intercession.
I ask God to answer my prayers and find me a scholarship in the US for my graduate studies.
It has been a fascinating prayer journey through this and St. Monica”s Novena for me. My prayers have all been answered as My Aunt wrote to tell me she has started to pray the rosary every day and told me my brother and family went back to church for the first time in a year to St.Peters. We thought they left the faith and the miracle is they’ve returned! Praise God Almighty and our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen
I thank you God for your blessings and answering my prayers. Thank you for helping my children in their education. My husband has embarked on a business. Thank You God and please walk with him. My request for salary review is almost finalised and I believe that through God the results will be positive. I say thanks to God. Thanks Mother Mary for your intercession. Amen
My boyfriend and I were praying this novena for our families and for the special intention for him to find a good affordable car. I live in the Caribbean Islands (in Puerto Rico). Since Hurricane Irma was heading towards our island, every single day I prayed dearly to Jesus and the Virgen Mary to protect us. I asked Mary, as our mother to please help us and intercede for us. Hurricane Irma impacted Puerto Rico and didn’t cause catastrophic disaster like we were waiting for. Meteorologist just couldn’t explain what happened because the hurricane was less than 50 miles above us, still Category V, with wind speeds of 185 miles per hour. The answer is simple, the power of praying. Everyone joined together to pray, no matter what their religious belief were. We are all so grateful for this miracle. Thank you Mary, Jesus and God for sparing us. There are not enough words that could describe my gratitude.
A family member who has been struggling with infertility and loss for the past 4 years told me this morning she’s pregnant! I will continue to pray for a safe pregnancy and delivery but my prayers have been answered. Thank you Blessed Mother Mary.

I was praying that my daughter Brianne Fragoso would get accepted and that we could find financing for Law School. She was accepted to University of Adelaide in Australia. In praying the novena to Sts. Anne and Joachim, I prayed for rain for the whole state, since the whole state was in drought, especially down where I was raised. So after that I called my brother, who took over the farm, and he stated that they had recently gotten 6 inches of rain after not raining all summer.
Praise God!!! They are not in the subsoil drought any more even!
Thank you, Blessed Mother, for leading me to the backup hard drive and all those files . . . then for leading me to Jeremy who could convert these files into something I can use as I work to bring closure to my painful marriage. I am exhausted today because all this information is here. I beg you to give me the focus and strength to finish this out in a way that is fair and best protects my children. I’m glad to announce that the first wish has been granted as on the final day of the novena, I got a letter saying that my application has been approved for the visa and I need to submit my passport to the consulate.

I prayed that my 95 year old mother would find some calm, peace and contentment during her transition over the past 2 and 1/2 weeks from her home of 65 years to a personal care home. When I visited her this evening she was visibly and obviously much more relaxed! Thank you Jesus and Mother Mary!! I love you!

My teenager son left his debit card in the ATM, and a Good Samaritan seen the card and called the cop to return it to us. The next day, my son left his wallet on top of his car and drove off without realizing about it. A man seen his wallet and called the bank of his card. He managed to get our phone # and called our home phone to let us know he found my son’s wallet. Nothing was used or stolen. I am thankful to God that my son’s card and wallet were in the hands of good honest people. I want to thank you to God for the answered prayers for watching over my son.
I prayed that my son would adjust to being away at college. He was quite homesick. He is studying and keeping up with his homework. He is making new friends. He is going on a campus ministry retreat in a couple of weeks and has been attending the college student mass on Sundays with friends. All his decision. I am so at peace and so grateful.
My son’s behavior is a lot better and we are getting along better.

Then in a chance meeting in walks a new guy, a breath of fresh air. I pray so much for this guy, and I asked God why he thought that was so? I felt God whisper because I brought him to you. Today he accepted a job in another city, and I was so torn about why bring him in my life to simply walk out. For the ways of the Lord seem so unknown so much in life. Then I receive an awaited call from a University where I applied for doctorate school. They called to say I was accepted! Today on the last day of the Novena when I’ve been praying for guidance for both us God gave us answers. We will be in two separate cities a state a part. The road ahead is so unclear maybe we were not made for each other. Maybe love will find a way. And all I know is God showed we are not alone are path is being made away and if I simple have faith he will lead me on the narrow path thou the road ahead is dark for me concerning our relationship. Our God shows he will always walk by my side answering prayers leading me to the rock that is higher then I. Overwhelmed in love for our God!! I continue to pray he shows me the way of his divine plan <3

My sister’s job has become very stressful for her over the last several years with no end in sight. Out of the blue, she was contacted about a new position closer to her home and presumably a lot less stressful. Throughout this novena, I prayed that she would be offered this position. Today she received a very positive call about this position. It wasn’t an offer but a very positive step in the right direction! I pray that this will be a great fit for her!

Thank you my dear Mother and My Lord, It has been seven months or more that my daughter and I have not talked or seen on Facebook or have been to her home. Yesterday a miracle happened and she called me, it was wonderful to hear her voice and we had a nice conversation! Slowly but sure I feel things will be getting better, but yesterday was a miracle and the best gift from My Mother and My Father Our Lord sent me. Thank you again and again!

Last night my wife and I had a very very very bad fight. It was so bad I was left devastated in the basement. When you think you are doing something right, it backfires. I know I wasnt a Saint in this situation either but… I was so hurt. How can this end result be fair? You are trying to do “good” and this happens?
I was so angry with God. It got to a point I hated God – hated my wife. I was already looking at youtube clips about atheism – “does God exist?” I attempted to go back to sleep in the bedroom, but I ended up having night terrors and saying things like “I hate my wife.” Unfortunately, my wife heard it. I was swimming in my anger.
I looked at my phone. I saw this novena in my mailbox. I decided to pray and beg for the Blessed Mother and Jesus to help. A last ditch effort to fix my soul, fix this mess.
After praying I knew I wasnt in a good mindset and headed to the door. My wife heard me and called for me to talk. We explained our hurts. We talked it out. If we didnt talk it out, it could have been a very bad morning with the kids. VERY BAD.

For this novena I have been praying most fervently for my sister and her husband, that their marriage may be healed and renewed, that the Holy Spirit will infuse their marriage with peace and compassion and gentleness, joy, and faith. They have had struggles and hard challenges for years, many fights and tormented emotions, oftentimes thinking to divorce. I’ve asked Mother Mary to intercede for them so Christ will renew their love and life as husband and wife. This morning my sister told me, even after a horrible emotional explosion that occurred just 4 days ago, during this novena, that last night they had a fight, then a long talk, and they both felt better than they have for a long time, and then my sister prayed and she plans to keep praying. This is wonderful. I am so thankful. I continue to implore Mary to intercede daily and fervently for my sister and brother-in-law that they will continue on the path of healing and faith and that their marriage and family life with their two beautiful young children will become more and more joyful and sanctified!
