I’ve been having such difficulty praying these last few months. Whether it be opening the Bible or just saying the Rosary.
I had a breakthrough last week when I came across the email to start St.Monica’s novena. To my surprise I never knew St.Monica only knew her son St. Augustine
Every reflection for these 9 days compressed my life into St.Monica’s faith, patience, hope and love. That no matter the adversities that I face in my life, God loves and cares for me it took me almost a year to re-connect to my faith. I have been anxious, uneasy, unsure and restless about my journey that 2020 changed. But now I trust God, I have hope in him, I have undying faith I have his love. I am his daughter and no matter what no matter how painful and no matter how it hurts he WILL see me through. I am the daughter of a loving and caring father that no matter what he will hold my hand, he will show me the way and he will grant me the favor that I seek in my life. Because he has never forsaken me and he won’t start now.
Thank you so much to the Pray More Novenas Team you guys never give up on prayer and are always steadfast in our faith. Thank you all for your consistency. This platform saves and changes lives. May God continue to bless all of you. Mary and the Saints.
I have been praying for a wayward son who once was an altar boy and has had a change of life style (not for the better) for many years now. He has been making very small changes on the positive side and has been kinder; and he also found a job. Thank you St. Monica for your heavenly intervention. Please continue to pray for his conversion and return to mother church. Thank you so much God Bless you.

My Dearest Jesus and all the saints we prayed to, my prayers were answered, my house was sold and I have found a new place to live. I prayed for reduction in drinking alcohol, I have achieved it, i take two to three bottles. I used to take a minimum of five bottles. Thanks be to God through St.Monica

I m am praying during this Novena for my daughters Ashley ( lvn healthcare) Kristina who was given a notice from Mandalay bay Vegas her employer to mandate the killer vaccine ( nitca vaccine but a graphene oxide, nano bot technology made virus dispersed, and tony and david my sons to be delivered. Also ask for protection of my health , job my wife’s health so we can keep praying nanyvprsyers and rosaries
I recently had a quadruple by-pass. Before my surgery I asked my wife to pray and complete the novena for the safe and success of my surgery. Thanks to all who prayed I am now doing well and continue to recover
In thanksgiving for a new job for a family member!!!
1. Church members gave me a lot of hard times without any reasons, and I prayed to Our Lord that I only have faith and prayed that the interpersonal issues between church members gives me very hard time so please Out Lord to resolve the issues, and Our Lord listened to my prayers and resolved the issues.
2. Before leading a prayers in church, I asked Our Lord whether I should lead or not. And I got an answer and as a result, I led the prayers. 3 days ago, someone told me in definite that she will lead the prayers so I thought maybe I misunderstood Our Lord’s intention. But a day ago, that same person told me that she cannot lead the prayer so I should lead the prayer again.
God bless you for sharing these novenas. I have been praying for a personal matter and during St Monica’s novena, major life-changing spiritual healing took place. Time, patience and perservance in prayer and you WILL see God’s hand at work!

After four months of searching…I have been offered the job I have been pursuing! THANK YOU St. Monica, Jesus, and all who have been praying with me!
10 years ago I was separated from my husband, between jobs, had a true diagnosed nervous breakdown after years of “stuffing” trauma from the past, and had HS/college age kids who were turning my hair gray (literally!). I started REALLY praying and novenas became my “go to”. Today I have reconnected with my first born who was surrendered for adoption 39 years ago, my husband and I are still together and thriving as empty nesters, our other 3 grown children are not as “wayward” as they were during college years (they are all doing so well!) and we have a 12 year old granddaughter we never knew about. Blessings are raining down left and right and 10 years ago I didn’t even want to be on this planet anymore. Keep the faith and keep praying just like St. Monica did. I certainly am.
I have been praying for my daughter to return to Mass and this past Sunday I invited her to go with me and she said yes! In fact a friend asked to go along with us too. Thank you St. Monica for interceding on our behalf and thank You God for this great blessing.

On the 4th day of this novena my son, John Patrick, stopped drinking. He had almost 8 years sobriety & began drinking again last fall. Today he has 5 days that he has been sober. Thanks to God & St. Monica, the patron saint of alcoholics!
St. Monica is the patron saint of alcoholics. My son, John Patrick, had almost 8 yeats sobriety. Last fall he started drinking again. I am praying for him to stop drinking again & on the 4th day of this novena he was sober. Today he is 5 days sober & going again to AA w/new sponsor, etc. Thanks be to God & St. Monica. I do believe God answers prayer.
My daughter Laura had benign tumors on her thyroid. Thank you God and thank everyone for their prayers. Blessed

My daughter was VERY sick with pneumonia and pinkeye (my 4 1/2 yr old grandson shared his pinkeye and cough with his momma!) grandson is still coughing but he’s much improved, thanks be to God! My daughter is about 60% better after 2 weeks of Rx and home remedy of HCQ! BTW: I have the recipe for HCQ!

* For the life of my mum has she marks her birthday today, 26th August. Lord continue to strengthen her. Amen.
* I and my sister got our UK visas. Praying for a complete end to the covid19 pandemic (may it not escalate) so that we can travel and use our visas.
* My brother got a new job but they have been on lockdown due to the pandemic….praying that God will keep the job for him.
* For journey mercies granted for relocation.
* L finally got to go for NYSC and was redeployed….praying she gets a good PPA.

While I was praying this novena for st Monica my grandmother was very sick,unconscious I continued to pray and believe she will be fine 2days in the hospital,3rd she was discharged until now her health has greatly improved she was bed ridden like 4months ago but now she can sit herself, feed herself.
Am so GREATFULL to God.
May all the glory and honour go to him and praises to st Monica.

My sister Monica needed to be hospitalized for mental illness, and our answered prayer is that she very cooperatively let us take her last Friday. In the past it has been a real struggle to get her to go get the help she needs. Thank you, St. Monica, and please keep praying for her healing and for our family as we apply for guardianship.

I was awaiting my results for my bachelor degree. I came across St. Monica’s Novena, the day before my result and I remember reciting the prayer asking God for a good result. I was immersed in anxiety and worry at that time and the only thing that gave me hope is that God has a plan for me. I remember praying this novena to calm my nerves down and for a good grade. The next day my result was announced and I had passed with good marks! I was elated and praised God. This novena has gotten me through that stressful moment.
God has blessed me with protection, trust in his will, a new job and also continued Love and support.
God is helping my journey to Hungary & contact my siter what is not easy.

After 10 years of struggling with alcohol I have quit. I feel so at peace with this decision. Reading that such a beautiful Saint I look up to was once struggled with alcohol herself gave me the strength to finally say enough

Hello my friends of prayer.
This novena I prayed for all St Monica’s applications. Along with personal mentions too. One of my mentions was for a68 yr old woman which I do not know. She was very sick w CoViD in the hospital. Unconscious with organs failing and on a cpap for oxygen. . Her prognosis was very bleak. I had received word that the medical team discovered she had developed blood clots leading to all her organs. Oh WoW. Dire.
Wait for it. On this 9th day. I received word. The team were able to eliminate the blood clots without causing other damage. Her oxygen was beginning to forge upward. She has awakened and eating.
Thank you st Monica for your interventions.

I prayed this novena to help me get through my cancer battle and treatments. In May I started going through cancer treatment for Stage III Lung Cancer. I have now completed 34 rounds of Radiation and finished my 4th and last round of Chemo this Tuesday. I have prayed many times a day for God to give me the strength and courage to get through this treatment plan with grace and dignity. I feel that I have reached that point and my prayers have been answered. My faith and the love of the Lord has been my guiding factor. Family and friends have been a wonderful support also. My faith has been my guiding light! I shall continue to pray for whatever else is next to come.
I Thank God Almighty through the intercession of St Monica, I was Praying to get a scholarship and today I found one to apply to, it is one of my dream universities. I am not yet accepted and I still have a lot to complete and I know with God’s will I will get one . To God be the Glory for this first step I never thought I could try on .. to God be the Glory . O Lord remain with us All 🙏🏾

I recently had a hip revision with donor bone etc. to make a stronger hip. The prognosis was that I must not put any weight on my foot for 6 to 8 weeks. At week five I saw my doctor and they x-rayed my hip and found that after five weeks I could now start putting full weight on my foot. I feel so blessed and am so grateful for Saint Monica‘s help in my recovery! I am also very grateful for all of your prayers too! Thank you! JH

My son, who is an alcoholic, went through rehab, last month. He has been more distant since he’s been home with his family. He was calling me everyday or so before rehab.
Last night we had a long phone call and he sounded amazingly good! Thank you St. Monica!!!!

Asked for prayers for grandson Castiel. His mother was told he may have brain cancer. After testing was told there was no cancer. Praise God
Daughter wanted to get Covid vaccine told by doctor could not receive it because of allergic reactions. Saw allergist received vaccine Tuesday without side effects. Back to work in pharmacy giving Covid shots to general public. Praise God.

My son and daughter have been estranged for nearly ten years. Today, the final day of this novena, they are meeting for lunch! Praise and thank God.

Healing of sprained knee, better lab results for my friend.
My sons have opened dialog. They have a lot of stress and anxiety. I hope to be what God wants me to be and to not be an obstacle in the way of what God needs to accomplish I hope they will go back to Jesus and live a faith filled life.
Our oldest daughter has had Raynaud’s Syndrome and Scleroderma for 36 of her 43 years. We have never stopped praying for her. She is on about 16 pills a day. She has lost one finger but all of her fingers and toes are necrotic. They have been attempting to save her foot for the past 3 years. This past week her rheumatologist decided to try something he noticed has worked for a couple of his patients who are on chemo drugs and have lost their hair. He put them on minoxidil (the 60 year old hair loss med) and noticed that their wounds are closing and their nails are growing soft instead of thick and calloused. He put our daughter on it and, it will take about 2 weeks to get into her system. We pray (and believe) this is an answer to our prayers. Thank you St. Monica.

Layne has been dealing with alcohol and drug addictions since he was 15… now turning 23 and last night he requested to go into detox and treatment saying he was 100 percent committed! It’s a miracle and I thank St Monica and all prayer warriors! Prayers for complete recovery!!!
