- Day 9 – Pentecost Novena | 2024 May 18, 2024
My husband and I have been struggling to conceive for 13 months now. I found out on the last day of the novena that I am pregnant. Praise be to God!
One of my intentions was granted and I passed my IELTS examination.
While this novena was for marriage and couples, I was praying that my daughter would see that she deserved better from her current boyfriend of 2 years. 2 days after starting the novena, he broke up with her and while she was distraught at first, she seems to have realized that she is much happier than when she was with him. Thank you for the prayers!
My great aunt who was in ICU is now home and recuperating, my older sister in college is now finding peace and great friendship, my brother has been given many opportunities and guidance which he needed desperately, and I have made great strides in discerning my vocation, and we just signed a contract for the offer on our house. These are only a few of the things I prayed for throughout this novena, but every inch is a mile. I’m so happy to count so many blessings. God is good!!
My son the job he’d been waiting for. He’s so happy and I’m so grateful to God! Thank you God!!!
I’ve been praying for stable scan results and that my tumor markers would decrease…Thank you our dear Blessed Virgin Mary and Mother for prayers answered.
I got a message that one of my applications is being reviewed. My boyfriend also got a call that his transcript is being processed. I know my mother will bring it to fruition.
I made the novena for various reasons, one of which was the sale of our actual house to buy another. We received an offer on the day of the feast that we accepted… Thank you mother Mary for looking after us and our interests. Please take care of us and our families.
My brother whom his mother in law has been harasing and pressurising her daughter to end her marriage with my brother because he didn’t have a regular paying job,miraculously got a very good paying job and mother in law now sings a new song.
The Lord is good, am being more sensitive to the cries of my fellow human there by feeling the presence of God more
I paid back my debts in full. Thank God! Thank Mother Mary for her intercession.

I have been praying and will continue to pray for our middle son that he will seek counseling for his depression/anxiety. That he will be blessed with a job that he will hang on to. I pray for our oldest son that he will be successful in his job. I pray for both of our sons that they will be blessed with good female companions to share their lives with. I pray for our daughter that this medicine she is taking will heal her pituitary tumor, and that she will be successful in her job, and will be happy with her friend James. We thank you very much daily for all that you have blessed us with.
My testimony, I asked for intercession from mother Mary for threat of violence against me by my husband to leave the house on the 1st of September, Mother Mary thank you I am still in the house and my husband has not said a word to me. I am still praying he gives his life to Jesus and i ask mother Mary to intercede for complete permanent holy reconciliation and peaceful coexistence between my husband, me and my children.
Thank you mother Mary for your love truthfulness and faithfulness and I thank everyone who prayed for my safety may God answer you all in your time of need in Jesus name. Amen
Thankful for answered prayer. My brothers company will extend his contract so he can renew his visa. We wont be separated and can continue to take care of each other. To God be the glory, always. Amen
On day 6 of praying the novena my son received news that he passed his state test for one of his certification for teaching. Praise Jesus! I continue praying for him to pass the next test.

I have been praying for almost eight years for a man to love me as much as I love him and to be together the rest of our lives. I received a message from a man that I have loved for those eight years and wants to see me again. We were apart for almost a year. I don’t know what will happen from here because that’s in Gods hands. I just thank Blessed Virgin Mary and God for a new beginning and a very long relationship, if that’s Gods will.

I have been praying that my daughter would have her baby ,if possible’ on Sept 8th your birthday ,my dear Blessed Mother. It is 10:17pm and she has not gone into labor yet. I know all our prayers have been heard and the day and time is for the little one to choose. I know you will cover both mother and her child with your love and protection and you will ask our Lord to be with them during this miracle of miracles. Amen🙏💖
During this Novena I was reminded why I need to stay close to Jesus our Lord.
It is a challenge and would remain a challenge for me but I would try daily to hold on to out Lord and savior Christ Jesus.

Jodi, May our Lord, give you the strength you need to get through your situation. It is difficult and sometimes the pain is too much for one to handle, but this is when you must not give up. Sometimes one must be patient to be able to fully see what the Lord is doing. Continue to pray and never lose faith or hope. Our Lord, doesn’t want you to be sad or unhappy. Everything will be okay when the Lord is by your side. Pray to Our Lady of Guadalupe, she is very powerful.
Same here, i have also prayed all novenas this year but still no progress in my life, i just wanted to ask if i pray the wrong way, someone tell us how to correctly pray novenas to obtain God favors

I will be offering my mass and communion for you Jodi, I had a moment like that sometime in the past year, several months where everything seemed to be ground to a stop but at the end were beautiful breakthroughs in accordance with all I asked God for. Keep believing, God has not abandoned you. He will come through for you.
I’ve been praying every Novena that Praymorenovenas has offered for quite some time. This past novena my special intention focused on praying that family members would find employment. On the same day, both my daughter and son were offered and accepted terrific jobs. During that same week, my future daughter-in-law was also offered a job that she was happy to accept! I don’t always see such spectacular results, and it was amazing!
My son found an internship in Washington DC. God is good.
I’m muslim journeying with faith in the Catholic church! My partner who is Anglican had no interest whatsoever in the Catholic faith. We are having challenges like any normal couple, and on the second day of the novena he asked for my rosary and prayed to God to teach him how to pray it. The joy that filled my heart was unexplainable!! I know this is a step in the right direction.

My grandson stopped by my son’s house, I know this is the beginning of his permanent return to the family! My prayer at the beginning of the novena was that they would be reunited.
While I know this novena was for marriages/couples, I have been praying for my daughter and her boyfriend to end things finally. He has been verbally and emotionally abusive and she continued to go back to him. 2 days after starting this novena they broke up and I am praying that it is final- it seems to be. I will continue to pray that he stays out of our life. Thank you for our blessings!

My marriage of struggling due to lack of space & time between us so I requested my husband for getting a house but it was difficult to convince him. I thought of taking divine help & a year back I started praying to Mama Mary with Jesus to intervene in our situations. Though it seemed hopeless at times, I kept praying & it was miraculous journey on how my husband first convinced about our needs then my family & we got the keys of our new home just the day before this novena started. I believe that my prayers were not waste of time but Mama Mary helped me to keep the sacrament of Marriage holy. I started praying this novena for no reason. I just stumbled upon it in my email. I was engaged so I thought it would be good to do, but on the first day, a lot of prayer started to arise and we have decided to postpone our wedding. Although it was a very tough decision, I truly believe that we are meant to hold the sacrament of marriage to the highest standard and want to look to the Holy Family for their example and strength. I said my elderly in-laws were living with us for 2 years (out of 3 married years) and we are experiencing marital issues because of it and they never had an intentions of moving out and since praying this novena for this issue and my marriage they have an appointment with a senior living facility. My faith is weak right now but I am going to keep praying this until my faith increases because God is good.
I thank God for calming me down in all the bitterness I had

Holy Mother, our blessed Mother, as we celebrate your birthday sept.8th, I ask for your intercession, help me overcome my anxiety attacks, fears, self doubt, help my daughter with good health, help her overcome any anxiety, evil, harm, or bullying. My husband and I have both been out of work since April of this year. I returned to an old job in August, but only working two days a week. Since praying this novena my husband has finally found a job, he starts on Monday. I was able to get extra hours in another department at work and that’s a blessing as well. Praise be Jesus and His Mother Mary!

I started this novena with so much pain and hurt,but I am so happy that Our mother Mary interceded for me,I don’t hurt so much and my husband seems to have cut all communication with the person he had the affair with,we are not back the way we were but we are taking it a step at a time.Thank you Mother Mary.

My daughter had a very good internship in Russia and came back safely together with her classmates.
My husband Éric should have had a surgery on the 13th of September for his defective left meniscus but he’s no longer suffering from it so the surgeon cancelled it. Thank you Lord Alleluia ! Amen!

I was praying for my granddaughter who was diagnosed with a rare condition in which her brainstem was extending into her spinal column. Results from the MRIs show there is no obstruction at this time and no surgery is needed. She will be monitored each year, but it is possible she will never need treatment.

Last Sunday I was surprised at Mass by my son and his family. He hasn’t been to Mass in over 15 years!! Praise God!!
I’m in need of prayer that my husband find a job in the mighty name of Jesus!
Also, I fell down the stairs and hurt my knees and ankle and had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance.
Nothing is broken or fractured thanks be to God! However, I’m having a hard time standing up and walking! Please pray for my healing in the mighty name of Jesus! Amen and Amen!

My son was accepted into the school he so desperately wanted. Thank you Lord for this answered prayer!
My sons got the positions they wanted; we were all granted patience and blessings.
Praise God! Through the intercession of Our Lady, I had a good report from my physician. The lymph nodes I was feeling were ok. Our Lord , gave me the gift of peace.
My daughter, Cole is praying for her soulmate to come to her life. Immaculate Conception, continue to pray for us! We love Jesus!

I have been married 34 years. I have a son from my first marriage. My husband has raised him since he was 8 years. He has always been harder on him than our other 2 children. He has always helped him like a son but the bond was missing. I have noticed a closeness I have never seen. Thank you Blessed Mother for answered prayers. I continue to entrust my marriage and family to you.

I have been praying this novena and the previous St Monica novena for my sister and her husband. Their relationship is not back to where it was but the lines of communication have been opened. My BIL has retreated and withdrawn but has now sought professional help and has begun to open up to my sister. I pray that this continues and they can get back together. They were always my rock and safe place, so please Lord, continue to send blessings on them.
