Also a scholarship for myself and my sister in any of the prestigious universities in foreign countries like Asia such as south Korea, Philippines, countries like UK such as London and many more. Countries like USA such as America and many more. Where my HND certificate will be approved for a full scholarship with all necessary payment settled and approval to work while schooling. My Visa, passport and that of my sister be approved with so much ease. Money for house rent presently to move to a better apartment as this one we leave in is almost due and the house is faulty. St. Augustine! I have finally gained a foothold with the help of the
Holy Spirit, The Sacred Heart of Jesus, Mary Undoer of Knots, Saints Louis and Zelie Martin, St. Anne, St. Padre Pio and St. Raphael the Archangel in changing my seemingly insurmountable pattern of staying awake at night and sleeping during the day which precluded me from getting to important appointments during business hours. For the past two weeks I have managed to flip the cycle to an extent and got my car fixed and went to a doctor’s appointment with some sleep! Today I have been awake since 8 am for an important 9 am appointment again with some sleep prior to that, amazingly. Previously, I would have had to stay awake all night to get to a necessary early appointment or I would have just canceled because getting adequate sleep is a priority for my health. Thus, the struggle between night and day came to define the quality of my life. I have learned from Pray More Novenas that no request is too small for God, and He can change our lives in an instant or it may take longer. I am learning that I can no longer do as I please just because I like being a “night owl” who prefers to sleep from 9 am –
5 pm! That is a luxury for which I pay by neglecting activities that must be participated in during business hours. It is still a work in progress, but I am praying for the strength not to fall back just because I have finally accomplished some needed daytime tasks for the first time in months. I am especially thankful to all the Novenas this year for the breakthrough, and now I desire to demonstrate willingness to participate in God’s plan for me to be awake when the rest of the world is awake AND to get 8 hours of sleep at night through the divine gift of self – discipline. Thank you St. Monica for your example of persistence even after years of not getting the results you desired.
