We’re really looking forward to this next novena — it’s one we haven’t prayed together before! But it’s been one that has been the most requested :)
The next novena is through the intercession of St. Rita of Cascia.
St. Rita, together with St. Jude, is known as the patron saint of impossible causes. She’s also the patron saint of difficult marriages, infertility and parenthood.
We will start the St. Rita Novena on January 31st.
St. Rita was a wife, mother, widow, and then she became a nun in a religious community.
Her life was full of difficult trials. Her husband was harsh and cruel. Her two sons passed away before she did. And she was not initially accepted into her religious community.
However, St. Rita was known for her strong faith and perseverance in prayer. She often meditated on Christ’s passion, and later in her life, she developed wounds on her forehead, which many associated with the wounds from Christ’s crown of thorns.
We will pray this novena to ask for St. Rita’s intercession in our difficult trials and impossible causes.

Lord hear my prayer hard I pray that Larry calls me this morning with good news and he looks at my email and that he calls me in my cell. I please pray hard that I can at least go to the interview at Fellowship House and that they consider me for the position. I pray that it can be on Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning. I also pray that tonight you don’t let me get up and eat because I am going to the Olive Garden. I pray that you don’t let me get up in the middle of the night and eat because I am trying to lose weight and I pray that even if I go to the restroom at 10 p.m. I don’t go to the kitchen that I go back to sleep. Please help me do that.

Lord hear my prayer I pray that I get the interview at Fellowship House and that Larry calls Robert today and that I can go to an interview tomorrow or Monday afternoon. I also pray that the position in Fellowship House is not filled yet and they consider me and I get the job. I also pray that I don’t get up anymore in the middle of the night and get a snack because I am trying to lose weight. I pray that I don’t get up in the middle of the night tonight and that I can get a job asap and that I don’t get it the same day but at least 2 days notice so I can be prepared.

I pray that GOD through the intercession of St. Rita grant my children peace, safety, love, togetherness, understanding, compassion and the love of GOD in their lives. I also pray particularly for David who is have the most challenges but in his school work and relationships that GOD in his infinite mercy strengthen him, guide him and protect him, Amen. Lord hear my prayer I pray that if I get the job in Doral I don’t have to start til Monday. I also pray that this week I can go to Fellowship House for an interview either tomorrow or Friday. I also pray that even if I have the Birthday dinner that I can still work and reschedule the birthday dinner for a Saturday or Sunday.

Good morning saints,
I am a widow of two with a BA degree. I am unable to find a good paying job. I am currently making 30, 000. although I am thankful for my job because I am able to held the Mental Health, Disable, substance abuse, homeless, and clients with felonies reenter the work force. Often in times finding them jobs making more money me. I love my job it’s in alignment to my spiritual calling. Put often it does not pay all my bills. I am need of a vehicle (not want) I am praying God blessed me with a vehicle that is reliable and I like in Jesus’s name. Amen !!
My Intentions… Asking St. Rita that through her intercession and miraculous powers, she will obtain for me and my family our permanent residence/Citizenship in Canada as we go for our court hearing on Monday 2nd March 2020.

Thank you St Rita for your compassion and continued prayers so that the Lord will enable us to breakthrough financially and professionally. So that we’ll be able to get out of debts and live a normal life. That we’ll be able to pay for health care in general, dental and eye care too. My husband, daughter and I need an eye prescription, hubby is in great need of dental care and also has a lump on his wrist that is very painful as well as problems with carpal tunnel on both hands to the point of not being able to make a fist. It hurts him as he is a manual worker and worries us that he would be so bad he couldn’t work. Pray that our little family sawmill business we’ll prosper and that we’ll find reliable loggers to bring us logs to saw, so we can keep working regularly and have a steady income. That we’ll also prosper to the point of being able to provide a job, with a steady income to our daughter. Pray that I’ll be able to bring an additional income through my art. Pray that we’ll be able to keep our little herd of cattle which are supposed to help us financially the day we’ll have to live out a Social Security check which won’t be much. And that we’ll be able to pay off our mortgage which is a burden right now. Pray also that we’ll keep up the faith, and persevere in hope and that our family will mirror the Holy Family, that peace may dwell in our household. May the Lord have mercy on us, and shower His Blessings upon us all.

Give me wisdom and courage to work on this investment and generate an income to pay off all debt (student loan -in the next three (3) years- solar contract (by the end of Summer 2020), HELOC paid in full in the next 2 years, pay down mortgage and eventually paying off the mortgage in the next five (5) years). Help me to save so that I can have financial flexibility to help my mother and father on their limited income and put away money for my own financial flexibility and retirement. Guide me to find affordable healthcare and good, caring and involved healthcare practitioners to ensure I am practicing good healthy habits for my body, mind and soul – including Dental, Vision and Mental health.
Remove, St. Rita all the angels and Saints, anyone and anything that is a waste of my time, energy and does not enrich me. You have seen and know how people have reached out, pretended to be interested in my knowledge, skills and experience “weed them out” so they never get to contact me. Push the interested and serious minded, sincere and honest to reach out so I may completely offer and secure the information and opportunity they seek.
Put a guardian (guardians) over me and clear my path, help me to enjoy and realize the beauty and blessing of this life through peaceful and loving associations now and always.
Heavenly father I ask you to open my way and provide me with opportunities that will provide at least 2 times my last salary to pay off all my debt. A career fulfilling opportunity that meets my needs, where I do not travel or commute, one I can do where I am helping others. Help me to completely heal and be strong and healthy. Heal my leg and help me to become strong. Protect me Lord, cloak me and shield me, repel all evil and remove all blocks and distractions. Restore my beautiful hair and locks so that I am able to confidently dress and present myself in social conditions including work. The length, thickness and body, as well as the beautiful color. Empower me to be the manager of my hair, body and face so that I may prepare and present myself with confidence regardless of the occasion.
Bless my family (mother, father, siblings near and far, other relatives and friends) in health, faith and prosperity and renew in them love and support for each other. St. Rita guide me to healthy relationships. In a blessed, loving, honest, strong and healthy relationship where I feel loved and protected, certain that this person is a true friend and confidant and I in turn provide the same. I pray for healing of my daughter who is suffering with a disabling migraine which has been going on for 4 months with no pain relief. Please heal her from migraines, kidney problems, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism.
I pray for a financial miracle, financial abundance, fianancial prosperity.
I pray I am able to pay for tuition, books, and lab fees.
I pray I am able to earn “A’s” in all of my classes, graduate, and get a job so I may provide a better life for my children.
I pray for healing of my son from sleep apnea, stomach problems, anxiety, depression, feelings of worthlessness, and suicidal ideations.
I pray for peace, happiness, joy, and love for my family.
I pray for healing for myself from asthma, diabetes, hip and joint pains, exhaustion, sleep apnea, and anxiety.

St Rita you are the saint of impossible causes and this cause is as impossible as it gets. I pray I beg I plead for LJHI to be saved! It’s so close to the end please please save LJHI. We need a miracle desperately by Monday or it will be the end. Please intercede and ask our father to turn things around as soon as possible before it’s too late. I also pray to find a companion to help me thru this hard world so I won’t be all alone anymore. This has been indeed an impossible cause. Once again I beg I plead I pray with every fiber in my being for these 2 intentions. Amen.

Please pray for my son Daniel. He is Paranoid Schizophrenic and also has Compulsive Disorder. He is in jail and has been there for 3 weeks, he is 45 years old. He threw some rocks at our neighbors property. He is now in jail awaiting sentence. My son is not a bad person, what is bad is his disease, that no one seems to understand. Please he needs your prayers. Please pray that he is released to us or placed somewhere where they will take good care of him. Prison will make him worse. Thank you and God bless all of you.

We need a miracle in finances. Our rent is due by the 10th. Also pray for my marriage that it will be stronger. My husband is very inconsiderate towards my feelings. His family interferes and he says nothing. His daughter interferes and he says nothing. He also shows favoritism. Pray for his heart concerning that matter.
Pray for our workplaces and bosses. We need raises. I have been working for the same place faithfully for three years and no raise. Pray for my business plan, send me the right people that are serious about a career. Budget is 20 by April and 11 each month. Pray for my daughter and her school work. Dearest St. Rita, I’m praying with you and with others on this site for all those suffering with impossible causes, but especially for my mother (95) and father (84) who have always had a difficult marriage, but are both suffering with an impossibly difficult one now, at a time when Mother needs Father to care for her during the day while I’m at work, but they are not getting along at all and driving each other crazy, it seems… and for my friend’s relationship with his cat — his significant other — who used to cuddle with him but is not affectionate since having had surgery.

Lord, guide me to make the right decisions based on your will. I want to be relaxed and self-assured, assertive, patient and open-minded. Create a real friendship built on mutual trust, honesty, fellowship and deep spiritual awareness – similar to the folks I have seen, the kind that says I respect, love and adore you; most of all “I got your back now and always! Give me wisdom and courage to work on my investments and generate income to pay off all debt (student loan -in the next three (3) years- solar contract (by the end of Summer 2020), HELOC paid in full in the next 2 years, pay down mortgage and eventually paying off the mortgage in the next five (5) years). Help me to save so that I can have financial flexibility to help my mother and father on their limited income and put away money for my own financial flexibility and retirement.
