God’s Mercy is central to our lives and we must continually depend on it and ask for it daily.
Saint John Paul II spoke about God’s Divine Mercy often, and said:
“Those who sincerely say ‘Jesus, I trust in You’ will find comfort in all their anxieties and fears… There is nothing more man needs than Divine Mercy – that love which is benevolent, which is compassionate, which raises man above his weakness to the infinite heights to the holiness of God.”
We will start praying on Good Friday, April, 2nd and you can share your prayer intentions below.
The Divine Mercy Novena prayers were given to St. Faustina through an apparition of our Lord Jesus. Each day has a new petition that seeks God’s mercy for different purposes.

My family’s protection from evil
a) I pray for the soul of my late husband (27years) to continue resting in eternal peace
b) I pray for me to:
– get a job (I am sixty years old with a Masters and Doctorate degrees).
– get back the energy to resume praying my Rosary daily.
– help my two children resume going to Church. Their late father was Anglican and was buried by the Anglican Church. They used to go to Church after his death until they became teenagers, and then they stopped. I maintained my Catholic faith and Church throughout, but I baptised them in the Anglican Church after their father died at ages 8 (son) and 4 (daughter).
– get a tenant for my current house and a cheaper rental house for me to move into. If I get a job, then I dont have to move out.
– get paid all the monies owed to me by 2 organisations for years.
– get all my late husbands properties that I am yet to receive
– build my home in the village and also be able to develop my late husbands properties.
– be able to pay all my outstanding debts.
– get healed of my ill health, memory loss and become healthy.
– resume exercising, going to the gym to keep fit and to loose some weight and stop being lazy in the house.
c) I pray for a better and closer relationship in my family, between:
– me and my adult son and daughter who because of their life challenges have come back to live with me since 2019 until now.

– my son and the mother of his two children (my beloved grandchildren named after my late husband and myself)
d) I pray for my daughter:
– to succeed in her new job
– for her marriage plans with her boyfriend to proceed on well.
– to stop drinking too much alcohol
e) I pray for my son:
– to continue working well in his job
– to continue helping at his ex-wife home by paying rent and school fees for the two children
– to continue having a good relationship with his two children despite their separation, and always adhere to the agreement that the children visit him for a weekend every 2 weeks.
– that one day soon they go back together and seal off the marriage with the mother of his two children and move back to their house.
– to continue helping me financially and by paying some of my house bills and household shopping now that I am still jobless.
Lord hear my prayer I pray that Ms. Alvarez calls me from the Arc of South Florida this week for an interview and that Melissa remembers to talk to the person in charge of the jobs at Fellowship House and that there is an opening for me. I also pray that I get better with the medicine that I am taking.

Prayers please for protection of 14 yr old quadruplet grandchildren, one grandson is Special needs), from mental & emotional control, manipulation & harm from narcissistic, emotionally unbalanced mother. Pray she does not try to take away what little custody (less than 20%) their Father has of his children. She lied to take 80% custody. Never wanted children. Moved out (not first time) 3 yrs ago, pulled divorce on the father after violating verbal agreement to 50/50 custody. Ran up credit cards, drained bank accounts, much horrible stuff. Manipulated & controlled their father into an emotional wreck after 13 yrs of marriage. Gets a huge child support check each month from the father, she has a very well paying job & has remarried. May have lied to obtain annulment as well. No notice to children’s father from tribunal about annulment filing. She continues to get away with EVERYTHING, while continuing to harass & demean the children’s father with daily messages & emails & continues to violate all aspects of legal custody & other court documents. Father had major surgery last year, no money to take her back to court for violations, & she has been turning the children against their father (has 2 going to counseling telling lies to the counselor) ever since she moved out & took the children. PLEASE PRAY FOR GOD TO STOP HER EVILNESS, HER HARM OF THESE INNOCENT CHILDREN, & RETUN THE CHILDRENS HEARTS TO LOVE THEIR FATHER. He nor we ever say a negative word about her (or speak of her) but she constantly berates & puts down their father & & me, grandmother, to the children. She a very sick & evil woman. Please, please pray!
Divine Mercy Jesus, I place my trust in you for the conversion of my husband and my son. Please, in you overwhelming love and mercy, return them both to the fullness of the faith. Please also grant me patience to discern and accept your will for prayers yet unanswered. Amen.
A prayer of thanks for the way in which Jesus, through the “Surrender to Jesus Novena” guided me to a wonderful run in with friends that have both provided very positive outlets for my struggling teen daughter. On day two of the novena, I awoke to the words, “ Why do you pray so much if you won’t listen to me?!” I immediately woke up and instinctively knew what Jesus wanted me to do. I did so and was blessed with graces for my daughter! I am now a new fan of Novenas.
