A little more than ten years ago, John-Paul was single.
Little did he know… I was praying a novena, asking God to help me meet my future husband. Now, John-Paul & I are married and coming up on our eighth wedding anniversary!
And the next novena we’re praying together is the one I prayed all those years ago: the St. Anne Novena!
We will start praying on July 17th! That’s this Friday.
St. Anne is the mother of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the grandmother of Jesus. She is a very powerful intercessor!
You may have heard that those discerning marriage often pray to St. Anne for help in finding a spouse. But, St. Anne is also known to intercede for people for almost any request, and especially for healing.
You could also ask for her intercession for your marriage, for your grandparents or grandchildren, to grow in holiness and patience. You can ask her to pray for whatever it is that’s on your heart, she will bring your intentions to Jesus!

My husband left last year after a series of traumatic events in his life, he admits that he had a nervous breakdown, but he is now living with another woman as we are still married because he says he “does not want to be alone” but he does not want to pay the expense of lawyers to get a divorce. I still love him, but he is not the same person to whom I was married for 20 years. I pray that God’s will be done. I have 4 children, two still live at home (12 & 15). My 12yo is in a wheelchair and is non-verbal with Cerebral Palsy and epilepsy. please pray for my 30 yr old daughter who is a wife & mother. She has multiple health conditions but recently she had swelling in her knee that spread to her ankle & foot. After a few weeks of Dr. & ER visits they discovered she has an internal bacterial infection. She had emergency surgery a few days ago & is still in the hospital. They will eventually send her home with a pic line & she will need 6-8 weeks of IV antibiotics & then will return to the hospital for surgery again to make sure the infection is cleared.
