I thank the Lord for healing my home during the last novena. Today, my husband and I are closer and say our prayers together.
After suffering from anxiety over my son and granddaughter’s situation, St. Monica intervened. I found out today after court yesterday my son is now allowed to have his daughter reside with him! Now opposing council wants to avoid court; we are going full speed ahead on not much more than faith. Holy Spirit, please let this child open her mouth and open the heart and mind of the judge who will hear our case. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
So grateful that I have these novena’s; they are keeping me from utter despair.

Marriage & family – this novena help me realize how important my husband is to my family. It’s all the little things that I took for granted, I appreciate him more. My son and I have become closer and my other son who away on military training text me and told us how he appreciates all the help we have given him and that when we can’t take care of ourselves he will take over, I thought that was very nice. I Love my family, thank you for the novena and your prayers.
I joined praymorenovenas in june of this year.I had three intentions,the first one was for my kids papers to go through immigration so that they can join me and my husband in the USA.God has answered that prayer and now we are waiting for the embasssy in my country to call them and issue a visa.Secondly,I have been married for four years and have been praying for the fruit of the womb for the past three years this request was answered a few weeks ago after the Novena to the Holy Family.I want to use this opportunity to thank all those who prayed with me and for those whose prayers have not been answered yet.that God will surely answer them in due time.Thank you God.

I am a mother of three children from last year my children have not been attending sunday services they were influenced by the father by promising to take them to places to visit on Sunday. I am the only one who have been going to church in the family. Luckly last evening he called them all and told them they prepare every sunday they wont be left at home but will be going to church that really an answered prayer for me.
Thank you St. Anne for answered prayers. My family will continue to grow stronger because of the miracle of repentance and humility.

Am so thankful to God Almighty for His grace and favor shown to me since after the last Novena.
I had been praying for a good career job for a while now and after last Novena, I was invited for an interview which has not happened for years, after the interview, the interviewer said I did well and asked me to forward my passport data page to HR while I seat back for confirmation.
Am yet to hear from them but am optimistic and still look up to God to finish what He has started in my life.
On the ninth day of this novena my boys were reunited and now are closer than ever. Also had a healing where my mother in law is concerned. Thank you Jesus!

Thank the Lord, through the intercession of the Blessed Mother my two son-in-laws received job news and contracts to help provide for their families. I received two job interviews and the Blessed Mother is still work hard to shower our family with love and togetherness.

I feel blessed for answered prayers. I have been praying this Novena that our finances would come together so we could purchase a home,and thanks to God and the blessed virgin Mary my prayers were answered just before the Novena was completed. We are in our new beautiful home and are overwhelmed with gratitude.
I am so grateful that my dad’s pet scan showed no cancer. It is a miracle. He had lung cancer in 2010 and it had returned in his lymph nodes last March. Also my depression has been lifted. Praise God.

It is a blessing to me as I read your stories .I felt comforted that I was not alone in my troubles and challenges because other brothers and sisters are going through the same challenges and some worse than I. We have a network more powerful than the demons that attack us. Angels and saints pray with us and fight our battles. We can assure ourselves that Our Father knows what is best. He could not have allowed a situation if He knew we could not cope. It is when we are weak that He is our strenght. Let us continue to trust in Him. Let us embrace one another and stay afloat and alive for the sake of our loved ones. We will be grateful that we lived to see the revelation of his purpose and plan for our life. Trust Him and His promises. Read His word daily.
Our friend, a very catholic man received a kidney from his sister, and so far everything is going fantastic. Praise and thankyou Lord.
I prayed both the Novena for Marriage/Family and St Monica’s novena for all three sons and their families. The answering of prayer came for us at the end of St Monica’s! Our second son and his wife are fertility challenged primarily as she is a Type 1 Diabetic and much revolves around her A1C levels. She learned she is only 1-2 months away from fertility treatments (hormones NOT in-vitro) and hopes to be pregnant this fall. I always tell Julie that God’s timing for all reasons are for a healthy pregnancy and baby! We are grateful for the positive change in her levels and hopeful their adorable son Mason, also conceived through fertility treatments, will soon have a sibling to grow with! Please remember our family as we all pray for them AND another son/daughter-in-law who will have their 4th child early March. They have a 15month old son who will be having surgery in his ear 9/21. The safety of his surgery, anesthesia etc are on our minds for God’s blessings!

I have been praying for my sons girlfriend who suffers from an addiction. She has been to Rehab , is 1 month sober and this Sunday went to mass with me! During the homely the priest mentioned the 12 Step Program. She told me that she thought he was speaking directly to her! What a God thing!

I prayed so hard during this novena for my boyfriend and his son to have peace in their lives, to be stronger together and for my two children to return to the church. The last day of the novena, my boyfriend dumped me and won’t tell me why. I’m devastated but, is this what God wants for him and his son? Sometimes the answers aren’t what we want but they are still His answers. I will continue praying for my children. I will be more specific about my now ex-boyfriend and ask the Lord to bring us back together.
I think my prayer was answered, my husband and I are separated for financial reasons and we are praying for him to get a job so we can get back together and although he has not gotten a job as yet, I was given ticket to go to see him. Hopefully he will get something before it’s time for me to leave.
I prayed for healing for my broken marriage and the fruit of the womb! Both prayers were answered during and after the novena! We thank God for his blessings!!
I feel the Lord has answered my prayers with our marital relationship a bit better, takes a lot of patience for me, but I’m grateful for HIM giving me patience with husband. I know HE answers all our prayers in HIS time and HIS way so am trusting our adult children will still find HIM
During the last couple of novenas I was praying for safe, comfortable housing for my son at college. His current roommates were not quite as compatible as they had been in the beginning and they decided to move from their existing apartment. My son found 2 new roommates who he LOVES as well as nicer housing closer to campus!
I was also praying that he would pass his very difficult and comprehensive exams (to remain in the PhD program he’s in) and he passed them all!!! His roommate didn’t so I’ll be praying for him next!! He can try one more time.

Shortly after the last novena, my former boyfriend returned to me. After almost a year, we talked and he let me know missed me as much as I missed him but he had needed to figure out somethings. He let me know that after he left me- he couldn’t imagine a future without me. Praise God- both of us grew immensely as individuals and we are now ready to proceed in life together.

My nephew and his wife who had to return little Benjamin to his birth parents after 33 days got a call from the social worker. The birth parents have made the decision to permanently sign away their rights. Benjamin will be returned to my nephew. I thank St Ann and Joacim for this miracle and pray for the birth parents who made this sacrifice.
I give thanks to the Lord, to Mary for her intercession and to you who promote this way to do these prayers. I prayed the novena specially for reconciliation between the members of our family who are separated for 5 months now and in many other times. The day we finish the novena I went to mass and there I encounter one of the members of the family who offended me and she was kind to me and my family. We responded in the same way and I think that is helping a lot. Thank you Lord.
We have been trying for 3 years to get pregnant with our first child. We have been through so many treatments and surgeries and nothing has worked. I have been praying with Pray More Novenas for about a year, and we prayed the recent St. Anne and St. Monica novenas and the novena for Marriage & Family – and last week we learned that we are finally pregnant! I have been praying that my son would meet, through God’s providence, a suitable marriage partner with strong Christian faith. Although I prayed the Novena for Marriage and Family, I feel sure it was also through the special intercession of St. Joseph in his recent Novena, that the relationship with the young lady he met at the beginning of the year, has now blossomed into mutual love and respect. They were engaged last Saturday and due to pressures of work commitments next year, they are planning a wedding in November. I should add that my son is 44 and my future daughter-in-law 34. Neither have been married before and are now looking forward to settling down and raising a family with strong Christian values. Deo Gratias

I have just completed the novena’s to St Anne, St Monica and the family and marriage novena. I have prayed for years that both my daughters would get a house as they have been unhappy and in over crowded conditions. they have both been allocated next door to one another. I prayed that my children and grand children will be kept safe and that all their relationships grow strong as well as my marriage. all are doing well and my husband is now paying the attention he should always have shown but best of all we went on our first walk together after 40 years, he would never join in anything I wanted to do. how powerful dear mother you are. Fritz is a God fearing man and a family man who is a wonderful example to his family, children, grandchildren and friends. He heart issues ended up being a medical drug issue. Once it was adjusted, he was no longer in danger. Praying this novena in his honor helped doctors find the cause. Thank you Lord, for your are the true healer.

I prayed two novenas this summer to help my narcissistic son become more empathetic toward others. I prayed the Sacred Heart novena and the novena to St.Monica. Although I felt hopeless that my prayers were not heard after the Sacred Heart novena, I prayed the St. Monica novena nonetheless. About a week ago, my son called and we visited at length. He recognizes that his narcissism is unhealthy. He is seeking help. A big shout out in gratitude for the intercession of the Sacred Heart and St. Monica!

Yes, they say things get worse before they get better. During the novena, my marriage hit an all-time low, but since then, my husband’s behaviour is changing. Has reduced his drinking, is getting home early (is avoiding my relatives-I think he is finally feeling guilty about how he has been treating me). I trust in God for things to improve even more.

This was my first Novena on this site. Am giving praise to God because my son just engaged his long time girlfriend. Their relationship had been very stormy & I did not see this engagement coming. I was praying for god’s will to let my aunt get a good job, regardless anywhere but something that she will be able to do at this age, and god answered my prayer during this novena.
I recently got a job offer out of state. We put our house on the market and had a bad experience with a buyer who withdrew their offer. I had to go start this new position. I lived out of a motel for 2 weeks. I then was able to find a rental house. We were preparing to move my husband to the new location. We get a call that a young man wants to see the house- the day before we were to move! That afternoon I get a call that he has made an offer. He accepted my counter offer and come to find out he was a young man I had taught 13 years ago! I’m thrilled and overjoyed that we were able to sell our house in less than 8 weeks.
We arrived at the rental house with the moving truck. We had 2 young men helping us. My husband was backing up the truck and one of the young men was spotting him. He moved from the drivers side to the back of the truck. My husband couldn’t see him and accidentally hit him.
He has a broken leg and will have surgery tomorrow. We are so devastated. Please prayer community, please pray for this young man and this situation.

My sister conceived in December of 2013 and miscarried in March, 2014. She had been hoping to conceive again. My mom and I both prayed the St. Anne’s novena (mid July) I also recruited several friends to pray especially the last day of the St. Anne’s novena. My sister found out she was pregnant at the beginning of August. She just shared the wonderful news with me (mid-September) that she is 10 weeks along. I reflected and realized she must have conceived while we were praying the St. Anne’s novena. God is good!!! It is true what Matthew writes, “Where two or three are gathered in my name, there I am with them.” ~Matthew 18:20.
Thank you my God and to our Blessed Virgin Mother and to all those who prayed for me. I received the good news of the offer letter for my job during the novena of our blessed mother and I thank you all for your prayers. The offer has not yet been finalized due to some issues that need to be resolved. Please continue to pray that everything get’s settled soon and I am able to begin work in a new job. Also transportation and baby sitter problem get’s solved.

Thank you so much for introducing us to praymorenovenas. It has enabled us to discover the novena on marriage and the family. Esther and I have been married for 29 years but never knew that there was a novena to spice our marital life. At the end of this novena we have discovered ourselves. Today we are a newly wedded couple. This novena has been enriching and inspiring. We now write love letters and have a greater love and desire for each other and the greatest desire for the Lord. We thank the Blessed Virgin Mary for answered prayers and her motherly concerns. Within this period Francis was freed from our fears and has regained his job after 3 months of inactivity. My daughter a university student has been looking for summer job from May 14 as she used to do for every summer holiday, she got interviews, but could not get any jobs. When we started the novena, I asked for a present to the Holy Mother on Her Birthday. On the 8th/09/14 , I asked my daughter to go to adoration in our church and wish a Happy Birthday to Mother Mary. What she did. The next day in the evening she got an e-mail telling her she has got a job and she will start within two weeks. Thanks for the HOLY Family.

Both of my grandchildren have been prayed into this world. I have been praying for my niece and her husband who have been trying to conceive again after suffering 2 miscarriages, the last being over 2 years ago.
God is good!!! Today I got a call from my niece that God has said yes to our prayers and they are going to have a baby in March. Ironically, I just finished the Novena to St. Monica and Monica is my niece’s Godmother’s name….that is a God-incidence.

Recently I got promoted at my place of work to the beginning of the senior management cadre This is the dream of every worker at my place of work; at least getting to that level before exiting from the organization. This testimony would have being more confusing to give if I have heeded to the advice of a friend asking me to make sacrifice to a native god (Sango) when we are about writing the promotion exam. Thank God I refused believing in Christ whom I worship with Mother Mary as our intercessor at the throne of God

My my my! I have never seen such a turn around of events in my home! Thank you so much to the Novena Community, to the Holy Virgin Mother of our Lord Jesus Christ Herself for such a quick answer into my family prayer.
The mood and attitude at home has changed from tears and heavy complains, painful words, you name it to tengeable plans worked together to solve our core issues with my wife.
We are now so understanding of each other, I apologised for every hurt instilled by my financial mishandling and by not openly embracing my wife’s sacrifices etc.
We are back into our old loving family and discussing challenges very productively. I have so much faith our plans will be embraced by these prayers and will work, please pray for us for:
1. Financial crisis as we about to sign up to Debt Councilling after being workshopped on it and situation analysed
2. Our son Mini at High School facing adolscence challenges
3. We are fighting hard for solution to Mini’s Academic crisis

MYy son who is addicted with alcohol since 13 yrs , he told me that he stoped drinkinking since sept 8th , I believe Mother mary helped my son to stop his addiction , and agreed to go for treatment for depression and bipolar , I belive become like produgal son he allowed us to visit him , shared his problems specially he made huge amount of dept in 4 months time . Our paryers will change his Life , thank you mother mary and jesus to help my son.

I have been praying for success in my IELTS exam, which I needed as one of the requirements in immigrating to Australia. I thank God for He granted me success early August. Now Engineers Australia have issued me a letter which signifies that I can work as an engineer in Australia. Thank God for answering one of my prayers.
Now I am asking Him to help complete the process, which is to obtain a visa. I know He will answer me still, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen. Lest I forget, thank you for the Novena prayers and may God bless you for this good work.
We have been praying for a lot of things including divine healing for our dad, after the novena to our Blessed Mother Mary, dad received divine healing.Also, our brother K.C and his fiancee C have been getting closer and closer in their dating, their love for each other getting deeper and deeper.They are praying that the good Lord will give them the Grace to have a Holy wedlock. We thank God and our Blessed Mother for answered prayer and we thank our novena group for their prayers. We continue to pray that all of us will have all our prayers answered at the perfect timing gof our God-Amen

My premature nephew was diagnosed of duodenal atresia, and I had been praying for the intercession of Ven. Fulton J. Sheen for his recovery. Thanks be to God! He has pulled through and is now recovering.
Every time I join the novena I offer all my intentions primarily to my family. This time I am asking for your prayers. I am having some insecurities to my work and colleagues.
I am just a normal human being that is being hurt for all the unjust and unfair treatment.
I don’t deserve to be treated this way.
There were times I prayed to GOD that I am already tired.
I have wanted to give up.
I can no longer tolerate the pains. I am deeply wounded.
Lord if this is what you want to happen thy will be done.
I hope you won’t leave me in times of distress.
I am sorry if so many times I just wanted to return back the life that you had given me because I am so restless.
But I love my family especially all my children.
Please heal my soul and wounded heart to have a stronger faith.

I was deeply touched to tears reading your email. Like you, I have said novenas, and pray constantly(I talk to God all day, such is the extent of my worries). Constantly praying for my family. Although our problems are not the same, I too have insecurities about my situation. We are heading to trial in 4 weeks. I keep doubting the actions I have taken. I too, can’t take the pain everyday, I too, want God to relieve me of this burden, and the unfairness and distress of the situation. This involves my 3 1/2 year old granddaughter and her other grandfather. Terrible terrible situation that makes my cancer diagnosis pale by comparison(did the St. Pergrine novena and they got the tumor and all clear, thank you, Lord and St. Peregrine for your intercession). Like you, I say “Thy will be done”, but I am human, and stress is literally killing me; I have developed high blood pressure and want to disappear from life. I have placed my faith in the Lord for a year now, every day dealing with this situation, but the strain of losing my grandaughter to her other grandfather(after what he’s done to her, has stopped, but he will again, and there is no physical proof, and she won’t say anything to CYF)having to hand her over to his primary legal custody every other week…I don’t care what happens to me but how can this happen to a baby? His attorney is a bully, protecting him, and I have spent $20,000 of irreplaceable retirement money on this, and probably 6-9 thou more for the trial to come. I wish I could make my anxiety disappear, am counseling for this. Having faith in the Lord that He will take care of it is one thing, but the stress to that point is excruciating. and there are things needed for this trial that my son isn’t getting to the attorney(whole other ball of wax) and I can’t let things go. All I can say is that God must love us a lot(lol)to send us through this trial, because when this is all said and done, it will have been accomplished with honesty,(and believe me, it’s been inhumanly difficult to keep our cool and keep things on the up and up)and not the lies of the grandfather and family, and his attorney, and the devil knows it, as he is attacking us on every level because when it is all over, it will be for the Glory of God and His miraculous power. Because folks, we need a miracle. We must remember that Padre Pio was physically beaten at night by demons…life is hard, not fair, but I have to be on earth for my granddaughter, and I am the only one teaching her to pray and love the Lord. I will keep you in my prayers as well, my friend, Please, everyone, pray for us. This is a tough one.
I want to thank our Mother Mary for interceding for us. I was carrying hurt feelings from my husband for almost a year. But during the novena I got the grace to forgive. May God bless our marriage.
I was praying for my friend’s brother who was just diagnosis with Kidney cancer. He just found out today that all the cancer is gone and there is only a 30% chance of it coming back. Praise God, Blessed Mother, and St. Anne.
I prayed for some answer to the difficulties my family of 5 is facing in terms of work/life/balance/time/finances. On Wednesday, 9/10, I made a connection with a potential employer through a Christian business group that could provide a very good solution to these problems. The discussions are still in their early stages, but I think I see light at the end of the tunnel. I’m continuing to pray, as there are lots of details to work out and discussions still to be had. But so hopeful!
