Other than praying for healing, I also asked God to find for my niece the right roommate to share her apartment rental expenses. According to my niece, the person showed up “at the last minute” so that my niece is spared from paying the entire amount of the rent herself.
Only if we trust in the Lord!

The surgery was planned to have his legs amputated from below knees! We prayed to you St Peregrine to save his legs from amputation and two days back we were told by the doctor that one of his leg is flowing blood 100% and the other 70% so the doctor says it’s not necessary to have amputation from below knees and he gave a waiting period of 2 weeks to see if the other leg will improve to a 100% blood flow. Because of PrayMoreNovenas, I learned about St. Peregrine. I have been praying for St. Peregrine’s intercession since I found out about my brother’s cancer. I also prayed the St. Peregrine Novena recently. My brother has had three rounds of chemo. Before his third round began on Monday, January 25, 2016, the doctor’s informed him that all of the bone lesions (tumors) are gone based on his last PET Scan which he took the Friday before. He will finish his last three rounds of Chemo, and God willing, he will be declared cancer-free!! 26. Dear brothers and sisters,
I have been praying Novenas with you since November and want to share answered prayers with you. I was treated for stage 3 Breast cancer in 2010 and enjoyed 5 years cancer free. In October, the cancer returned with a vengeance in my bones and liver. I had 3 neck vertebrae removed and went through intense rehab in the months following.
I started chemo in November and it is working! This week, after praying the Novena to St. Peregrine with you, I had my blood tested and heard today that the tumor markers and liver function are completely within normal limits! Thanks be to God. Thank you to everyone who prayed the Novena. Prayer is so powerful! Please continue to pray for all those suffering with cancer and for those professionals that treat us and especially for a cure.
    God Bless you!

  27. I have been praying for some time for my sister Joan who is suffering with vascular dementia and anxiety and has lived in an Assisted Living Care home with her husband for almost a year. Her doctor changed her anxiety medication, and recently increased her dosage. Praise God, there is some improvement in her demeanor since the new medecine is being used. Where she was previously very negative about most things and without any joy, she seems to be improving. In my last two phone conversations with her I am experiencing the change and she is engaging more in our conversations. Yes, God is good all the time. Please continue to pray that she will continue to improve and will fully experience the peace, and joy of the Lord daily. Thank you Jesus and Mother Mary and all you prayer warriors.

He was scheduled to undergo a lung biopsy at the time this Novena to St. Petergrine was announced. We both prayed this Novena with faith, trust and our sincere belief that saints do indeed intercede on our behalf to help God answer our prayers… in Jesus’ name, His Will be done. Today, we are both praising God and thanking St. Peregrine for his intercession!! The radiologist report stated, “No evidence of carcinoma.”

  37. My mother-in-law is 84 yrs old and has heart deases, congestive heart failure and lymphoma that had returned and the lymph nodes were active from her collar bone to her groin and not a good candidate for radiation therapy. We prayed the novena to St. Peregrine that the biopsy would be good and give her another chance. The Lord heard our prayer. She’s going back to the old therapy with one treatment of chemo and that should shrink them and maybe put her back into remition. Thank you St. Peregrine and praise be to God.

  38. I pray all your novenas…during the St. Peregrine Novena my daughter, who recently gave birth started with gallstones pain and had to be taken to the hospital. I asked St. Peregrine to please stop her pain so she could be home to take care of her baby. Miraculously as the doctor stepped in the room her pain disappeared…I’m still asking His intercession to keep her well as her baby gets older and she’s able to do surgery. Praise God.

  41. I had surgery last Jan 22 to take out a tumor in the breast and another one in the lung. Both were malignant but I prayed the novena and my family and friends stormed the heavens that the tumor in those area would be contained and not spread throughout my body. Yesterday the doctor called me to say biopsy results did say that both were contained. Praise God! Now I resting so I can start treatment next month.

  42. I offered this novena primarily for my son-in-law who is currently being treated for lymphoma, and my daughter who suffers from chronic illness. Just last week, he received the examination to determine the effectiveness of treatment and the news was all good. He has two more months of chemo and the following month, he and his wife will have their first child (my first grandchild).
Two weeks ago, while stopped and waiting to make a left turn in my little car, I was struck by a larger vehicle. My car was demolished, but I walked away with a little leg and hip pain. I knew immediately that my Guardian Angel prevented a much greater injury. I believe this was a direct result of my praying that novena for others. Our Lord showers us with blessings even when we are not asking, or perhaps especially when we are not asking for ourselves. Thank you Lord!

  43. I pray daily for the conversion of my son and his family and offered this Novena for him. During the Novena he called to say they were moving another 3+ hours from us to be close to his wife’s family. (They too are fallen Catholics.) I was so concerned. On day nine of the Novena my son called again to tell me they hope to have their new baby Baptized at the church where they were married and plan to join that community. In addition, he said they are planning now for their 4-year old to start school next year at the Catholic school. It has been years of prayer, and with the intersession of St. Peregrine our prayers are being answered. Thanks to all Novena participants who offer prayers for all of our intentions; I know it took all of us to make this happen. And of course, thanks to St. Peregrine! God works in wondrous ways!

  44. Our family prayed the St. Peregrine novena for my B.I.L.. In early January, he was diagnosed with AML Leukemia and started chemo. Monday we received the report from his bone marrow biopsy and he is in remission after his 1st round of chemo. He has three more rounds in the months ahead. He is not cured but this remission is a great sign of healing. We know that St. Peregrine will continue to intercede on my B.I.L. behalf and God will cure him. Praise God for His goodness!!!

  45. My sister Annette was diagnosed with lung cancer ( 3 b)and is receiving chemo and radiation therapy. She was just told that she won’t need all the treatments because she is responding to the treatment so well. Thanks to St. Peregrine and those who have prayed for her she now knows the power of prayer. God is Great!

  48. My son-in-law was diagnosed with advanced Non Hodgkins Lymphoma and is doing much better than expected. The tumor is shrinking rapidly after only 2 rounds of a new intense chemotherapy. He is also gaining weight again. We are still praying, and we know all cures are not instantaneous.

  50. My husband has metastasized renal cell cancer with 3 tumors that he is receiving treatment for. The goal is to keep the tumors from growing… not shrinking them or killing them. Since praying this novena we got word yesterday that they shrunk 11% since treatment started in August! Praise God!!

  51. Thank you, Lord, and St. Peregrine! I was praying for my father-in-law. He was hospitalized before Christmas with a very low platelet count and it was suggested he may have leukemia. A month later he had the consult with the oncologist and his platelet count was back to normal. Evidently, his body had attacked itself due to a virus and he does not have cancer. Thank you, St. Peregrine!

  56. My friends, husband and I all prayed the novena to St. Peregrine. I have been battling breast cancer for 6 years. This past week I had quarterly scans. There is no progression, no new areas of concern and my bone scan remains disease free. My body is responding to the drug I’m on. We also learned of a trial I would qualify for if needed in future. I truly believe St. Peregrine interceded. God does listen and we have to keep believing in His plan. God is great and merciful.

  57. I was very doubtful to pray this novena again because I have seen so many suffer and lose their lives to cancer. But I decided to pray it anyways (by the grace of God). On the 4th day, my friend’s mother was released from the hospital because her fever had dropped and her white blood cell count was back to normal. And, on the day after the novena, I received work that my husband’s co-worker was cancer free, and moving in the right direction to a complete recovery. Praise God!!

  58. I prayed the novena for Julia, a 6 yr old battling cancer since April, 2015.
Last week her recent scan showed “NED” no evidence of disease. Chemo will continue to prevent remission, but praise Jesus that she is free from cancer.

  59. My mom is 83years old and was admitted at the hospital on the second day of St Peregrine Novena. She was found to be having an internal bleeding, low blood, heart not in good condition,Sugar levels were very high, short breath and couldn’t walk without aid.
On the 5th day of the Novena She was discharged and walking on her own and looking vibrant and full of life. I was praying this Novena specially for her and other patience in her ward. Its a very big miracle in our family and we thank St Peregrine for praying for us, Thank you Thank you….

  60. My mom was diagnosed with Lymphoma in May 2015 and has been receiving treatment since then. In early January she was depressed and not eating. We see her oncologist again next week and I am sure he will be much happier with where she is mentally and physically. God bless!!

  63. I was praying for my ex-husband who started drinking again and was in danger of becoming homeless. After the novena, he stopped drinking, found a decent place to live and is taking care of himself again. This is not cancer, but addiction is like a cancer. Please pray for those with this terrible disease.

  64. I prayed to the St Jude Novena that my grandaughter would get a full time job where she was working part time. Yesterday she got the good news that she is now full time. Thank you to St Jude.

  65. Thank you all and thank you St. Peregrine! My mom is suffering from bladder cancer which had traveled to her chest. After a few months of chemo treatments and this novena she is now cancer free!!! Praise God!!!

  66. I’ve been praying for my son who was in a rut. He was living on his own and his work involved working alone. He stopped going to Mass, which was another concern for us. Recently he was promoted to a new job which involves lots of others. In his search for accommodation, he was having difficulty. I prayed especially during this Novena for suitable accommodation. He found the perfect place but so did several others and the landlord picked him! The house is across the road from the Church! I’m keeping my fingers crossed! Thank God for granting my prayer request. I know He will get him into that Church! God Bless.

  67. I have been praying that my husbands’ PSA/prostate cancer would go down after starting hormone treatments- we just got news that he is responding and will only need radiation. The cancer is contained. Thanks be to God.

I was also praying for discernment as to where the Holy Spirit is leading me in my faith journey and I had a great talk with my parish Priest and a retreatant Brother and I will continue my journey. Thank you God for your ever presence in my life.

  68. I have suffered from severe pain, numbness, and tingling in my legs and arms for a long time. During the novena, I noticed that it had improved greatly and I am now able to do more without severe pain. Thank you God!!

  69. As a survivor, I know how devastating a cancer diagnosis is. Just as we starting praying the St. Peregrine novena a friend told me that her son in law had been diagnosed with tongue cancer. He is a young man with a 3 year old son and a baby due in February. Through St. Peregrine’s intersession, the Lord heard our prayers and his tests showed that the cancer did not spread and he only required a small portion of his tongue to be removed. We thank the Lord that he is now cancer free!

  70. My brother in law’s growth is not cancer and the drs. are not concerned for now. Thanks for answered prayers St. Peregrine.

  71. I was praying for my aunt to be healed of her lung cancer or for comfort with her treatment. On Friday, she went to have her chemo and was told she no longer needed it intraveniously but would be taking a pill from now on. Hopefully this is a blessing.

  72. My last two novenas have been for my son in law who has been battling brain cancer. He had surgery three weeks ago. Just received the news he is cancer free.

  73. My miracle through St. Predegrine. This was the 7th day of our Novena. I was in the hospital with pneumonia and my husband and I had been praying our Novena to St. Peregrine, the Saint who intercedes for victims of cancer and chronic diseases. I have a Prayer List of people to pray for and I had gone over that list. I started the Novena around midnight using my IPad and I kinda fell asleep, but continued praying.

Anyway I was praying my Novena around mid-night and it was about 2 hours later when I saw myself sitting in a garden talking with St. Peregrine…..But, I felt like he was really with me and I prayed for myself. Then suddenly I became alert that I couldn’t breathe. I thought, “Oh! I’ve died and gone to heaven”! I wasn’t fearful and there was a real calmness to be there, but I became more alert and my daughter, Debbie, was staying at the hospital with me. I called to her, “Debbie, Debbie, I can’t breathe!” This was about 3:00am. She popped out of bed and got the nurses because I was really wheezing bad. About 4 medical staff came, giving me breathing treatments, etc.

As this was going on in the hospital, my husband Jim, of 57 years, was at home sleeping in our bed and awakened for some reason. He said he couldn’t find me in bed/bathroom, turned the lights on and went throughout the house calling me. He even looked outside! Can’t you just see him calling, ” Joan, Joan! Where the heck is she?” Isn’t that funny? You know I think Jim called me back and I love him so much and St. Peregrine intervened for me to God, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit! So, that’s my little miracle of answered prayer through St. Peregrine’s Novena.

  74. I prayed the Novena not for myself but my dear sister-in-law and her husband. She was diagnosed with throat cancer about two-years ago. She underwent Chemo and radiation and several months ago the PET scan was clear of cancer. About one month ago, her symptoms started up again and the cancer is back with a very poor outlook. I did not pray for healing but peace for her and her husband. She is now on hospice and very at peace with meeting our Lord in a short while. I will miss her but my prayers were answered. Thank you sweet Lord for the gifts of hope and peace.

  75. Bless you Our Lord and St. Peregrine, my father’s cancer has not spread and is currently in check. Thank you so very much!

  76. I suffer from endometriosis, but it never even crossed my mind to pray for this condition during this novena, (I prayed in general for the sick) Some of the symptoms is severe cramps, excessive bleeding and nausea, while I have my period. My period started just as the novena was nearing the end, I had no cramps or nausea. By now I should have been floored by the pain, at least two days off from work. Nothing, has happened and the bleeding is also moderate. Praise be to God!!!!

  77. I was forwarded the Novena the same day that my brother was told that his doctor found something very disturbing on his lung x-ray. (He had been feeling fatigued and had a cough that had lasted several months). The doctor went so far as to order a CAT scan, he was that concerned.
Within a week, my brother got the results. It turned out to be an aggressive fungus on his lower left lobe. It’s been treated with antibiotics/antifungal. No more coughing and has all his energy back.
Praise be to St. Peregrine for his intercession. Praise be to God. His mercy is infinite.

  79. I’ve been praying the novenas for more than a year now for various intentions, mostly for my marriage that my husband and I would relate better. In late December last year, I noticed that my husband was more relaxed, attentive and affectionate, and this continues to date. He no longer gets angry with me as often as used to happen before. I believe its the constant prayers that have led to this change and he confessed that he’d decided to be more loving this year. I thank God for this and all the saints who interceded on my behalf for this miracle.

  81. During the Saint Peregrine novena, I prayed for my uncle who was ill, in which the cause of the illness was unknown and could not be diagnosed by doctors. Before, the end of the novena, his condition improved and he is now back to sound health. Also, I prayed for a colleague’s mum, who was sick due to typhoid and also pain in her chest, her condition is improving, though at a slow pace. With, everything I thank God!

  82. I thank God and all who prayed with me this novena.
I was able to pay a few of my debts.
A bigger portion of my requests were answered.
I thank God sincerely and pray for all who have various needs to get their help.
Let us keep praying for each other.
    Prayers work.
    Amen.

  83. A day or two before the St. Peregrin’s novena, I dsiscovered a sizable lump in my right breast. My & siblings were worried & asked I should get it checked out but I refused having gotten a heads up on the intended Novena I keyed into it & prayed with faith & before the end of the novena the lump disapeared. Thank you St. Peregrine for it could have been worse than that & thank you Jesus for perfecting my healing!
