The next novena we’re going to pray as a community is one of our favorites, it’s the St. Therese of Lisieux Novena! You can share your prayer intentions with us all below in the comments.
Pope Pius X called St. Therese “the greatest saint of modern times.” She’s well known for her “little way” spirituality of doing small, ordinary things with extraordinary love. She wrote in her autobiography, “What matters in life is not great deeds, but great love.”
We will start praying this novena on Thursday, September 22nd.
St. Therese suffered a great deal in her life. She lost her mom when she was a young girl. One of her older sisters became like a second mother to her, and St. Therese missed her when her sister entered a convent. St. Therese also suffered from chronic illness and depression. Through it all, she continued to look towards Jesus.
She’s a great example for all of us — a reminder to cling to Jesus through whatever each of us may be going through right now. Let’s look to Jesus!

Please pray for the healing of relationships within my family. I believe my prayers have been answered: when I began this Novena, I was praying about a health issue. I prayed that it would NOT be cancer. My doctors ran several tests. Today, I will receive the final results from my PET SCAN. The report was posted to my online portal overnight: NO SIGN OF CANCER!! NO METASTASIS! What I read isn’t “official ” – except I am standing on Luke 8:48 – “Daughter, your Faith has healed you, go in Peace”.

Lord JESUS, keep me free today from evil, sin, temptation, Satan’s attacks and afflictions, fear of darkness, fear of man, sickness, diseases, doubts, anger, all calamities and from all that is not of thy Kingdom.

I once read a man’s testimonial that he prayed regularly to you for your intercession to relieve his life-long depression and anxiety. He Praised God for receiving that gift, and that his depression and anxiety became “nothing but a distant memory” due to your intercession.
Please pray for this kind of healing for my dear daughter who is locked up in the grip of transgenderism. She has been taking steps to change her personhood to “a man”. It is so, so sad!! Please pray for her complete conversion to our beautiful Catholic faith, that her Guardian Angel will hold back her hand from doing any further bodily damage, and that her God-given female personhood will be restored, and she will find true joy and happiness as the young woman God made her to be. Please pray that the transgenderism will become “nothing but a distant memory” and that she will move forward with her life according to God’s will.
I am struggling with watching pornography. Please pray that I can cut this evil out of my life. Please pray for the current jobs that we’re on and the future ones we take on.
