The month of June is dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and Pope Pius XI wrote in 1928 that, “Devotion to the Most Sacred Heart is the extraordinary remedy for the extraordinary needs of our time.”
We will bring all of your needs in our prayers to His Sacred Heart.
The Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus is celebrated 19 days after Pentecost, so we start praying this novena on Wednesday, June 2nd.
For this novena, we will reflect on Jesus’ love for each and every one of us. We will pray for our hearts to be conformed to His Sacred Heart, for us to be more merciful, more loving, and more Christ-like.

I have a close friend sometimes intimate relationship with a woman who has come from a 22 year abusive and caustic marriage. She blames everyone she has ever known for everything that has gone wrong in her life. She sees herself as a victim understanding nothing that she has caused or is even part of the problems she has lived with. All were her choices and her poor decision making. She expects help from everyone and doesn’t see the help that others provide. She has now turned on God daily and blames Him for not protecting her and constantly asks
“how can God allow this”
“Where is God in all of this”
Often used foul language when screaming profanities in the same sentence as Our Lord’s name.
She needs psychological interventions and if I mention that she will go out of her mind in anger.
I spend all of my time trying to help her but nothing works.
She may be possessed.
I am asking for prayers from all of you please.
Ask God to bring her to thinking clearly as she has children that are suffering through her decisions and actions.
She is also very jelous that her x husband is moving on and she cannot because she spent most of her life at home with children and has no money to find housing and such.
She can’t rent
She can’t purchase a home
She blames everyone for this misfortune.
I and other have provided her with daily accomodation and food and expect nothing in return and she doesn’t see this as a benefit.
She has no plan and now no longer attends virtual mass
No longer prays
No longer believes that God loves her
Thinks that God is providing love and favor to her x husband
She is full of hatred revenge and jelousy
Please pray with me.
I love her with all my heart
She is unfaithful as well to me and has been to others in her life.
She feels that she has done everything right for God in her life when in fact that is not true.
Now she blames God
Please please pray that our Lord strikes her with reality and common sense and that He opens her heart to my love for her and sees God’s love for her.
Otherwise God will lose her to the evil one. Pray that she is saved now in a miracle. An awakening bolt of lightning!

Please help me to pray for my son Gavin that he will find gainful employment soon and that he will stop smoking and pull up his pants and dress like a decent young gentleman. For Tony’s healing that he will fully recover and be released from the hospital soon. If it is your will, allow Markus to sleep deeply, with no airway obstruction, and awake refreshed so that he may function at his job. Allow both of us to lose weight to enjoy our senior years and not be debilitated with arthritis, diabetes, or heart disease because of this excess weight. Strengthen us to make those food choices that are healthier; to prepare meals in advance to prevent hunger from eating whatever is handy at the time.
Help us to refinance our home at a good fixed rate thereby securing a reasonable payment before the rates rise. Help us repair the damage left from a moving foundation. If this is our forever home help us repair it with competent people at a reasonable price.
Bring peace to Cody about his upcoming marriage. Let him not compromise on getting the marriage blessed by the church. Open Sarah’s mind to the possibility of conversion to the Catholic faith and give her peace, acceptance, and understanding about Jesus as the son of God.
Bring holy spouses to the rest of my children. Let their skills and nature complement each other. Maggie is feeling the pressure at her age (37) that she may not have children if she doesn’t marry soon. Only you can change that. The stress of her job is taking its toll as well. If it is your will please help her find a better-paying job and allow her to pay off her student loans and save for retirement.
Matt, only you Lord, can rescue him. He is your son and he’s so very different. He seems stuck in a make-believe world. Gaming with friends occupies his mind all of the time. He has put on an enormous amount of weight. Stir him up Lord, give him, passion, ambition, and drive for something other than playing games, toys, and eating.
Michael is my quiet one. I can’t tell if he is happy but I want to see him settled with a good girl. Is Emily Moran the one? Should I butt out? I want to love all my daughters-in-law, and son-in-law.
