The next novena we will pray together is the Novena to Saint Joseph, Husband of Mary!
We will start praying on Sunday, March 10th.
St. Joseph humbly accepted his role as guardian, husband and father in the Holy Family. Therefore, St. Joseph’s intercession has been sought for centuries.
St. Joseph was clearly very close to our Lord and so we come to him with this novena with a sense of humility because of his great humility.

For my marriage, that we may grow closer to one another and to Christ, to worry less about material things and find ways to focus on what pleases Him. I am taking up this novena for my husband, that he might find work that better upholds his dignity and better aligns with the family values we feel the Lord has guided us to (my husband’s current job is fraught with verbal abuses from customers and has a frenzied schedule that very much conflicts with our vision for family life). We pray to be always in the center of the Lord’s will, and if that means to continue working the current job for awhile, then I pray that my husband will be granted the graces necessary to be able to do that joyfully.

Please please pray for my three grown boys and their wives. Four of them do not like the youngest brother’s wife. They are always at odds with one another. My husband and I have tried so often to make us whole again. It just never seems to work. We have gotten in soooo many arguments. Have taken sides, have made threats. ALL so ugly. Feel sooo ashamed. This youngest daughter in law is also pregnant and the others just are having a terrible time accepting this (they feel she manipulated their youngest brother).
