- Day 1 – Mary, Undoer of Knots Novena | 2024 April 27, 2024
Hi! This is late, but I wanted to share it with y’all. I’d applied for a student Visa in December to study abroad in Spain for the spring semester. We ended up having a lot of trouble with my Visa and had no idea when it was gonna come in or if I’d be able to attend any university at all this semester. Mama and I prayed the novena to Our Lady of Lourdes. I received my Visa the evening of February 9 and flew out February 11, her feast day. Once I got to Spain, I made a solo pilgrimage to Lourdes on March 2, the day of her 13th apparition, and left Sunday March 3, the day of her 14th. She has been so good to me! Thank you to everyone who prayed this novena!
Please strengthen my friendship with TWH. We are both making our journey to become better Christians at the same time. We need each other’s support as we walk this path.
Please heal my medical condition.
Please lead my son back to church.

I asked for prayers for a Job. And the faith God we serve has had my prayer and answered me with my dream job. The one year and Few months of being unemployed has ended. I prayed the Our Lady of Lourdes Novena and received TWO wonderful blessings. I was diagnosed with colon cancer almost a year ago. While saying the Novena I was waiting on results of a Signatera test to see if I still had tumor DNA in my blood. I was also waiting for results on a skin biopsy for a suspicious mole. Both tests came back negative!! I am so thankful to Our Lady for her intercession. She always comes through for me!
I was praying for my Grandson to be able to sell his house – it was a long time but it finally sold! Thank you Our Lady for your intersession. He will now be able to move closer to his Mum and Dad and get a better job. Thank you, Thank you
I prayed for a financial breakthrough and a salary raise at my job. I was given the raise. Thank you our Lady of Lourdes

My son-in-law resigned form his online job last July because the hours are at night from 10PM TO 4 AM and ot was affecting his health. It had been 6 months and we all prayed for a day job online and it was granted. I think it was an earlier novena that I prayed here at John Paul and Annie’s novena. There were many prayers I prayed for and many were answered,others are in the process. I think I will have to write down my intentions. I am so thankful for prayers answered and unanswered.
I had done my driving test 3 times and I wasn’t successful. I remember doing this novena days leading to my driving test. In my prayers I kept asking Mary please may your son Jesus take the wheel for me on my driving test day and may my tester be kind. Fast forward to my driving test day my tester was so kind! I drove with so much confidence and I passed my driving test on this attempt! Thank you Mary! Mother who never refuses to come to the aid of anyone who asks for her help!
Thanks a lot John Paul and Annie for keeping us praying more Novenas and for praying with us. We and our six children prayed the novena asking for a baby and also for our finances. Please thank God with us because a baby was conceived during the novena and our finances have improved this month and we believe things will get better. We pray for a safe pregnancy and delivery and that the baby can be baptized soon after birth. The baby’s name is John Paul if he will be a boy. Thanks everyone who prayed the novena with us.
My 75 year old has battled one form of cancer or other since the day she was born. Most recently she was cancer free for a few year. A few months ago she doctor’s appointment to find out what was causing her difficulties swallowing. The doctor found some nodules on her Thyroid and was convinced they were malignant; the doctor ordered biopsies. We are true believers in the power of novena prayers. Once more our prayers were answered. My sister received the results of the biopsies yesterday and the nodules were cancer free.🙏
Please ray for my sister Sony who is ICU .Please pray for her healing and full recovery.

Thank you for the answered prayer. I was diagnosed with cyst on my thyroid and need for biopsy, yesterday i got the result and it was benign 🙏 Im still praying novenas for the coming operation of my husband and i know it will be successful with no problem at all because my faith is greater than my fear. I had been praying for my best friend who has an autoimmune disease which is causing her to lose her eyesight. A little over a week after praying the Our Lady of Lourdes novena, she sent me a text one morning saying that her eyesight had cleared up by about 50%. I just want to thank God for His blessings and favour through the intercession of Our Lady of Lourdes. I believe He will heal my best friend completely! And God bless everyone who prayed this novena. Your miracle is coming if it hasn’t already come.

I prayed the Novena for my friend’s marriage which was on the brink of breaking up…Now they are doing better. They have started working on their marriage and they are turning a corner. My daughter suffered 2 miscarriages in the last year. I prayed the “Our Lady of Lourdes” Novena with you and all your subscribers for her to get pregnant soon, as she was very upset about the miscarriages and possibly never getting to have a baby. Well, last night she told me she is 3 and half months pregnant with a baby girl. She kept it a secret for fear of losing this child, too. I told her I prayed this novena for her, and she said to keep praying. But we are all thankful to Our Lady of Lourdes.

I started a novena 2/23/24 for Michael. The father of my nieces 3 children. He is fighting for full custody of them. I have prayed for Michael in the past to open his heart to Jesus and Mary I didn’t know it from the start that he is an atheist. He has gone through class to become Catholic (Only because his new girlfriend is Catholic and get married in Catholic church) He is doing it for the wrong reason. His mother left them when he was little. I have prayed that Mother Mary will win over his heart and he will know the full love of Our Mother. I offer up the suffering of my hand for this novena as well.
I have been praying for my son Collins to be delivered from drugs, alcohol and other destructive vises, yesterday I talked to him and he told me he stopped smoking bang and closed his wines and spirits outlet. The only problem he has is insomnia which is a withdrawal simptom. I am so greatful to God and trust that my son will be able to sleep well and God will bless and multiply his new business

Cataract surgery in left eye healed, Surgery on right eye is healing well will be healed in a month. Patrick has a job. My legs and feet, back are healing slowly. Friend helped me to Start to get rid of things. Thanksgiving for my family, friends and religious.
I was praying for a break through to get a job contract for a service I offer and I got it and started in February and so far,God has been faithful
I have offered several novenas for friends of my daughter’s, who’ve been trying to have children. I think everyone for whom I have prayed has become pregnant, and even had babies. I am so grateful to God and this community. My heart is full that these young women who have been trying, are being blessed with a child each.
Thank you to Our lady of Lourdes for her wonderful intercession during the novena and since then. I had two successful eye surgeries and my vision has been restored to 20/20 which it never was before. I feel that it’s truly a miracle! I had no complications and I had a tremendous amount of support beforehand, during the surgeries, and afterward for the healing process. I just couldn’t be more grateful!! I feel like I virtually left my previous prescription eyeglasses at the Grotto of Our Lady of

It seems like answered prayers are not for me and my household. Honestly I’m tired!
I offered up this novena for the health and sanctity of my relationship with my boyfriend. While I was praying it, we had some really good conversations and improvements, praying more together and being more chaste in our affection. I feel much more at peace with following whatever God’s will is, whether that be marriage or a religious vocation.
I was in the middle of a 9 day rosary novena with my daughter, (who doesn’t go to mass since COVID and doesn’t pray the rosary)
She was very discouraged about her life of 39 years. I was praying for Gods will in relation to His desire for her. Then. Our Lady of Lourdes Novena popped in my email. I started to pray it but didn’t finish. I always felt God knows your ❤️and His Holy Angels will finish it. So we finished the rosary novena. During it she got a job involving paid travel, expenses and also can work from home. With an awesome salary. She didn’t know how she was going to pay her next month’s rent or any bills, and it has to with farming. Praise God! Also she has been trying to get a face to face counselor for years and during our novena she got 3 call backs. Praise God! That’s not all!!!
She went to Santa Fa to visit a friend and on this past Sunday they visited the Loretto Chapel to see the miracle staircase, and she told me she went to mass! Praise God!
Also in a previous novena from this site, when her son graduated he moved out without any warning and moved in with his dad. She was in a bad way. I stayed with her for a few days. I prayed one of your novenas and almost a year later their relationship is much better. Gods timing…Praise God!
God is alive and hears all our prayers and through his Holy Angels and saints gives us what we need. We just need to let Him…

My daughter who has been searching for a job since May of 2023 just got offered a perfect job for her. My son has been accepted into law school with scholarships. And my youngest is doing much better mentally and socially. I am still praying for their return to the faith. GOD is do good and with our Blessed Mother’s intercession, and the prayers of the angels and saints, I know it will happen.

I had recently been diagnosed with a blood clotting disorder. At the end of the novena, I received my latest blood results and the disorder was completely not visible in the blood work. Praise be to God!
My daughter suffered a nervous breakdown about 8 months ago after many difficult things in her life. After 2 hospital stays and trying different medications and much pschosis, she is now responding. We have always been close and now she’s with me everyday until she is finally recovered. We will still always be close but we can have our individual lives back. Please continue to pray for a full recovery and less pschosis. Thank you so much. We have a long road ahead.
I prayed to Our Lady to heal my niece when she was hospitalized. She got healed and recovered fast.

Last Sunday we were able to go to church with my husband early enough as a family.I thank everyone in this prayer community for praying with me.Thanks to our of Lourdes for praying for me .
This is a very small thing, but it really means alot to me and my family.
My car went out in December, and the cost was simply too much to consider repairing; the back up car we had was old and had a great deal of hard milage on it.
I asked the Blessed Mother to find us a suitable used replacement- I was very specific about what I felt we needed and wanted in a vehicle, as well as a price we could afford.
Shortly after completing the novena to Our Lady, a car that met the criteria popped up on a random web search. We are picking it up Saturday, two weeks after the end of the novena.
Thanks Blessed Mother, this is the second time you found me a car through this novena!
I prayed this novena for my grandson and his wife. They have had many miscarriages and decided to adopt. When through an agency and were promised the baby at birth. They supported the mother for 6 months completely. When baby was born she took off with the baby never to be heard of. About the 5 th day of this novena they got a call from the agency that they were to be parents within 48 hours. Now they have a beautiful baby girl. Thanks to Our Lady of Lourdes and God
I prayed to our Lady of Lourdes for my sister and she answered my prayers! My sister had another visit with her doctor and he gave her good news! I prayed for healing from my pains which included nerve pains in my feet. I have been pain free from the nerve pains since the sixth day of the Novena and I still pray for my other pains if it is God’s will.

My prayers are being answered that my granddaughter is in the process of recovering from her mania.
During this novena I was praying for a job. I lost my previous job in 2020 and life hasn’t been easy. But I thank God after this novena I was blessed with a job yesterday February 21 St. Thank you for your prayers and I thank God for this miracle.
My friend was accepted into a leadership program for her job. The program will open new job titles and higher pay in her field. She gained job security. She is moving closer to obtaining a studio apartment close to her job.

My mother has had a chronic cough for the past few months. The suspicion based on her Chest X-ray is that she has a tumor in her lungs and a CT Scan was ordered as a follow up. I prayed against any cancer diagnosis. The CT Scan result came back negative for any tumors! Her doctor believes her cough is a side effect of one of her BP medication which has been stopped now. I will continue to pray for the cough to go away completely.

I prayed the Novena, one of my prayers was for my daughter to find a job. She did find one after I had finished the Novena.
Sending Prayers and Support❤️.. My Husband had Parkinson’s disease and was dealing with shakes, stiffness and balance issues – it was like his body was in rebellion. Meds ( Levodopa ) and therapies were not doing much, so we thought about trying alternative methods as we heard interesting stories about Ayurvedic herbs with this disease. I had a bad fall and have been going thru a lot of stress and anxiety – through the intercession of our most Blessed Virgin Mary and God’s divine intervention the doctors have given me a clean chit of health and feel much better now. 🙏

My son-in-law was dismissed from work 4 months ago. I do the rosary and Novena every day. Prayers were answered. He was called back to work. Praise the Lord God 🙏🙏🙏.

My granddaughter is making “small steps” back to recovery from autistic burnout. Still spends all her time alone in bedroom but has gone a few short walks with her mum.. we trust in God’s mercy & love & of our dear Mother Mary.

My brother had to have two very serious operations, one dealing with cancer on his heart, and the other to have his right lung removed. The surgeries went well, and he is doing very well, and is home within two weeks of having both his surgeries it’s Our Lady of Lourdes and the grace of God, that he is even alive. Thank you Jesus.
My son was let go and the next day had a job that he has been wanting to switch over too. AND MORE AMAZING he has attend mass a couple

My son has been so angry, no belief in God. Over the last couple of weeks he has said grace with us before dinner and has professed belief. He has mentioned his desire to pray in a chapel. Thank you Our Blessed Mother for your intersession.

I would like to thank the Lord for allowing me to tour some parts of the USA for one whole month, all expenses paid vacation.. It was a gift from my brother who stays and works in the US.
My VISA was approved and released in less than 3 weeks, while the regular processing took more than 6 months.

I prayed that my husband and I would reconcile after an argument, and on Feb 11th the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes, first thing in the morning we apologized to each other, and together we attended the Sunday Mass. Praise God!
I also prayed for my sister who suffers from asthma that she feels well and able to travel for her son’s engagement on Feb 10th. Her chest cold cleared up and she was able to fly out and be there to bless her son and her daughter- in-law to be. All glory to our Lord!
I am so grateful to our Blessed Mother for her powerful intercession and to our Lord for answering my prayers. I love you Mama Mary! I love you sweet Jesus!

Prayed that God’s will be done in treating my wife’s cancer. Prayed that God would put people in front of her to help her emotions during this time. Needless to say, it was very negative, scary, and all that follows. But something happened because the self-pity left and she is ultra-positive now after listening to others in her life that either have beat it or treated it. My ultimate prayer is that if it’s God’s will that she be cleaned of cancer and that it never return. But this start and complete un-characteristic emotional turbo-charge to beat this came out of nowhere. I prayed for this as this is half the battle. As we should, I put this at God’s feet to handle as he wishes. But this was a surprising and awesome start.

I pray the rosary with a loved one, and my prayers have been answered. I surrendered my life to Christ, and Our Lady interceded for me. I have experienced personal trials in life, and now I have the chance to get my book published if this is His will for me. My mind is at peace, and the Lord and Our Lady have brought me so far in life. My mental health is improving for the better. I am paying and praying it forward.
