I have now reached the great age of 80!!! However all my life I have been surrounded by lapsed Cathoics – from my family members, relatives and now my own adult children.
I don’t know how much longer I have got (although I have no indication of a sudden death) but I long to be able to share the faith with at least one child. And also for four of my grandchildren to be baptised.
