At some point in our lives, each of us will be affected by cancer or another terminal disease.
Whether it affects us directly or indirectly, it can cause great suffering in our lives.
So many of the prayer requests we receive are for those suffering with cancer.
So the next novena we will pray is the St. Peregrine Novena for Cancer Patients starting on Sunday, January 12th — that’s just a few days away.
St. Peregrine is the patron saint of cancer patients. He had a cancerous ulcer on his leg which was miraculously cured when it was thought to be beyond saving.
So we will pray this novena for all cancer patients, all those suffering from life-threatening illnesses, for their families & friends, as well as for physicians and scientists working to discover a cure and to bring relief.
We hope you will join us in praying this novena, and that you will share it with all of your friends & family.

St. Peregrine’s feast day is May 1st. But as with every novena, you can pray it any time of the year — and we will start this one on January 12th. That’s just a few days away, so be sure to get the word out!

I ask for prayers for my mother, who has been healed of lung cancer diagnosed four years ago, but she takes a chemo pill. The doctor says she is a miracle because his patients have to be put on a different medicine after 2 years, not to mention, how she has close to no negative symptoms from the harsh medicine.
I ask our Lord to please allow my mother to be told by the doctor that she no longer needs to take the medicine.

Young boy who has relapsed cancer
Lord, please hear my prayer and others please pray for me. I’m living in a comfortable home that I grew to love, but now I possibly have to leave because the owner wants to sell his home. I want to buy the home because I want to stay in the home! However, I’m currently looking for a job….I’m keeping my head up and with encouraging thoughts, but I still need sincere prayers. Thank you.
Please pray for our daughter who has cancer of the Pancreas, Ovaries, small lesion on lobe of liver and lung. She got out of the hospital after
ten days and returned a week later. Was released yesterday. She has accumulation of fluid in her abdomen, has to be drained every week, has developed kidney problems due to previous chemo, which has not been able to take the chemo since Nov. 22. They are going to try a new type after she sees the doctor next week. We have been praying prayers to St. Prygiun since she has been diagnosed, nearly two years ago.
Please include my name in your prayers & novena that I will be completely healed from cancer.
I should have taken my chemo pills but since I am still having a lot of stomach pain, diarrhea and having infection so I still cannot start taking my medication.
