At some point in our lives, each of us will be affected by cancer or another terminal disease.
Whether it affects us directly or indirectly, it can cause great suffering in our lives.
So many of the prayer requests we receive are for those suffering with cancer.
So the next novena we will pray is the St. Peregrine Novena for Cancer Patients starting on Wednesday, January 13th.

St. Peregrine is the patron saint of cancer patients. He had a cancerous ulcer on his leg which was miraculously cured when it was thought to be beyond saving.
So we will pray this novena for all cancer patients, all those suffering from life-threatening and chronic illnesses, for their families & friends, as well as for physicians and scientists working to discover a cure and to bring relief.

I pray that I will still have My Job Security In Good Standing even After this terrible Winter Season, which has left me stranded at my home unable to be able to commute backwards and forward and having to struggle just to make it to the store for groceries whenever the weather lets up enough in order for me to make it to the store. I have had to miss several days of Work, and I Pray the Lord Blesses Me by answering my pray and granting me the Favor of still having my Job when I smoothly go back to work Successfully on My Current Job. Lord hear my prayer I pray that Jose Perez the person that interviews me today at 9:30 understands my situation and that he keeps me posted til March 23 and I also pray that everything is solved for the weekend and when I see my gastrotologist he comes up with a solution so I won’t have to be going to the bathroom all the time.

Lord hear my prayer I pray that I get better from my stomach and that the gastrotologist does something about it. I also pray that when Dr Hershmann calls me today I can stop taking synthroid completely. I also pray that I get better and that by mid March I can start looking for jobs again and that I am in the mood for job searching and that I can accept job opportunities again and that if someone offers me a job I can accept it. I pray that by March I am feeling better again after the Birthday Lunch I can start looking for jobs again.

My son, Sandeep, who lives and works in London, is suffering from a recurrence of Leukemia. He went through a lot of pain and suffering in 2018 and finally recovered enough to be sent home. However, he had repeated problems and repeated admissions and procedures and treatments. It looked as if it was better, but in December 2020, he had a massive recurrence and has to start from the beginning to treat it. He was in hospital through Christmas, ill with repeated infections. He is the sole parent for his two children. Now, in hospital, without visitors because of the pandemic and a treatment plan being worked out for him.
We, his aged parents, live in Bangalore India. His father is too old to go to London in the winter. I am attempting to get my two vaccinations and travel to be with the children and near him.
I beg your prayers for this stoic and cheerful father of two, who in the midst of his pain and turmoil, tries to lighten our hearts with his humour and his teasing and has prepared and is preparing his family for his death. In three years, not a word of resentment or anger at his fate. Please ask God to give him a cure. He has gone through a lot of pain.
Lord hear my prayer I pray that I can see the doctor today and that he finds out what is wrong and it is not so quick. I also pray that I will be well by mid March and that the doctor can send me somewhere or I can stop taking the synthroid because it is not getting me any better. Please help today when I see the doctor. I have been turning job opportunities down because of my health issues. I also pray that they don’t cancel the doctor today.

Lord hear my prayer I pray that I get better after seeing the doctor on Tuesday. I also pray that by mid March I am ready to work again but I can’t work past 5 p.m. I pray that I do not have to work past 5 p.m that I can work the hrs between 7 and 5 p.m. Mon-Fri and that’s it. I also pray that the doctor helps me and that I get better.

Hello and thank you so much for sending me this. I do have a special request which I hope you will include in your prayers.
My son Daniel is 34 years old. I named him after I saw a picture of Daniel in the Lion’s Den in our family Bible. As a child, Daniel was blessed with such a beautiful countenance and pure of heart soul. Unfortunately he has been hurt by life which has led him to “self-medicate” through excessive marijuana smoking compounded by pancreatitis and liver issues. He also has lost his faith and says he is now an atheist.
I know our dear Saint Peregrine is our intercessor for healing both physically and spiritually. Please keep my son in your prayers. I will also be beginning a second Novena asking St. Peregrine to ease my son’s physical/mental suffering as well asking that he intercede to our Lord to bring Daniel back to God.

I pray for my healing for my diagnosis of a rare thyroid cancer that has also spread to my lymph nodes. I pray for the master skills of the doctors that they may remove all affected areas and that I will be healed in order to continue taking care of my family and friends and do the works of our Lord Jesus. Lord hear my prayer please pray that I get the job in US Southern Command as the Receptionist because I think the job is good for me and I pray that Hope got my thank you letter. I pray hard that I get the job and that it will turn into full time eventually from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. I also pray that if I go to an interview I can go on Friday and not tomorrow. I also pray that Hope calls me on Friday or tomorrow.

For my friend Brenda that had a mole removed that had cancer-melanoma. She goes in for a PET scan this Friday to see if any cancer has spread in her body. Prayers that no cancer has spread. I just found this out today, so I am praying the St Peregrine again for the intentions of my friend.
I pray the St. Peregrine novena for cancer patient because my son Faith has been hospitalized with leukemia. Ever since he was diagnosed his heart rate has been below 50. The entire weekend his heart rate has been over 80. I want to give God all the praise and all the glory for his miraculous hands upon my son. And thank you st. Peregrine for your prayers.

I prayed the St. Peregrine Novena each day. On Day 9, I had my scheduled CT scan to see if a new cancer medication was working.
The report I received that afternoon showed no new cancer.

Lord hear my prayer I pray that Carol talks to my mom today or tomorrow night at around 7:30. I also pray that everything gets back to normal next week after our move and that Herb does not die anytime soon or have to go to the hospital. I also pray that if I get the job it turns into full time after 3-6 months and that I can save money.

I pray for physical, emotional, financial, and psychological healing of my family, we are having so many problems it is overwhelming and consuming us. I feel as though I am going to break. I am exhausted.
I pray for healing of my daughter from chronic pain, fatigue, connective tissue disorder, kidney disease, chronic migraines, autism, anxiety, depression, and daily headaches.
I pray for healing of my son from sleep apnea, suicidal thoughts, severe depression, anxiety, self-hatred, video game addiction, anger, and idleness.
