We don’t usually send out two emails on the same day, but we wanted to let you know about the next novena — it’s one of our favorites (you can scroll down to read why), and we’ll start praying it just a few days after we finish the current Novena to St. Monica.
The next novena is The Novena for Marriage and Family! We start praying on Sunday, August 30th.
St. John Paul II said, “As the family goes, so goes the nation and so goes the whole world in which we live,” so it’s really important that we pray for marriages and families to be strengthened and sanctified.
We will pray for those who are already married, for those who want to be married, for families going through difficult times, and for those in financial distress.
There’s something extra special about this novena… It leads up to the Feast of Mary’s Birthday (the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary)!
The first time we prayed this novena together as a community was eight years ago, leading up to our wedding day! It has been such a gift to pray with you :)
And it is so important that we have strong marriages and strong families. So, we are really looking forward to praying this novena once again, for Marriages and for Families!

Please pray for my brother C… He needs help.. His children left him stranded at a motel after the hurricane. He has no transportation and also have health issues such as heart problems, diabetes along with other stuff. Pray that the Lord will send someone his way to help him get what he needs. He does not have much money and is on a fixed income. He needs to be closer to family. We are searching for a hotel near family.. Pray that the door will open before Sunday so that he can be safe.. GOd know where he should be.. Angels send us helpers to show us the way.

Please pray for miraculous healing of my mother Paula M Bianchi. She is in ICU in the hospital. She is tired and needs a miracle. She had a massive stroke in April. She came home from the hospital at the end of July then went back in for a UTI. She came home and is now back in for a UTI and pneumonia. Please pray that the Lord with strengthen her will to live, heal her body from the stroke, Rod her body of all infection and disease, give her energy and strength and bless her with full healing so that she will come home and have as many more years as possible on earth with my father- many more happy, healthy, holy and joyous years with my father, sister, grandmother, me and with all of my mom’s family, friends and all those she we love. I ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Amen

Dear Lord and Mamma Mary,
I pray that my family of origin unites in faith and peace by this novena. I pray for a “family conversion to the Catholic Faith “ our now deceased parents passed onto us all our lives!
Please forgive us for all our friction and resentments caused by our personal neglect and adherence to our Catholic beliefs as Christ revealed to His People!! May we as a large contingent of siblings be miraculously restored to the core of our souls to love and forgive well!!

Blessed Mother I ask for a family in distress right now childhood friend. My friend has 2 sons from 2 different dads. She and her mom lived together for years. My friend has been very angry and bitter at world and has verbally and physically abused her mom and older son for years. Unfortunately now it has escalated to point she has called police to arrest older son for drugs and physical abuse ( which is not true) and thrown her mother out of the house. Her mother has been forced to live I. A hotel right now. Her mom contacted the boys dad and he is trying to help him. Lord hear my prayer I pray that you help me I am suffering pain right now and I need help. My bipolar is off and my chemical imbalance. I pray that Dr. Heroes does something about it because I can’t live with this pain anymore. I also pray that Dr. Heroes gives me something that does not make me sleepy and it controls my bipolar a little more so I won’t be depressed all the time.

Mother Mary, please help me maintain good health. Keep my blood pressure normal. Help me have restful sleep through the night. That all kinds of fears may disappear. That I may put up some weight as I have lost weight drastically for no reason at all. I ask you to intercede for me and my husband to have patience with each other. For our children too to live happy wedded lives.
