Back on 8th January I posted a prayer for rain to extinguish the ongoing bushfires here in Australia.
Since then we have had over 90mm of rain with bigger falls predicted tonight. This time last year we had only 4mm of rain for the month.
The rain has not completely put out the fires but has certainly helped to quell our parched land and give so many people hope.
Thank you Lord for answering my prayers and those of so many others.
Thank you both for the lovely card and especially the prayers.
Goodness knows we all need the prayers.
I think at this stage we are all praying especially for our world, the wars, destruction and politicians to do the right thing by their people.

I’m so bitter this season. I lost my partner on the 17 December. I learnt about his death on Monday 23 December when I went to his office to check on him, because he was not returning my messages and calls. Only to be told by his secretary that he died of heart failure on the 17th and was buried on the 22 December. I’m traumatised by this. I never got a chance to say goodbye. Please pray for me to regain strength and that he be accepted by Lord in heaven.

I have fallen from grace and been in survival mode and not happy and content. I know that God is there for me but trials and tribulations have left me with little hope for the future. Many people have lost loved ones and theen challenged and tested by the world and our experience in it. Please pray for my health of mind and body to heal so that I can be worthy of God’s blessings and anoitment and love. Please pray for me.
